The Devastator aimed his bolter at the Zoanthrope and snapped a few shots in its direction hoping to ease his brother Chaplain's pain. ooc: Fingers crossed I didn't kill anyone besides the Zoanthrope.
Finally, a worthy opponent, thought Chaplain right before Zoanthrope drilled even harder into his brain. Stevanus struggled to focus, and tried to use in few words as possible: "I'll hold his attention. Nathaniel, circle around and attack it from the side. Devastator, engulf it in holy bolter fire!". Chaplain turned towards Zoanthrope, aimed and fired couple of shots with his plasma pistol to make sure Tyranid had his attention, and prepared to charge. I will fight you in both body and mind, foul creature! YOU WILL DIE! It was the last thing on his mind before he steeled himself, trying to combat the Zoanthrope through the sheer amount of will. "I AM FURY! I AM WRAITH! I AM DEATH" he screamed and charged the vile alien, keeping in mind and prepared to use crates if the need occurs to cover himself from the psy blasts.
tempestus slowely stabbed his sword into the projector console and walked back to the door, "i get the feeling someone is playing me" as he spoke he looked around the room for any cameras or pict sensors
Linkin hurried through the halls as the sirens turned on and alerted whatever guard remained.... If any remained, Linkin remembered at least the Skitarii from the Library of Ptolemy. As he reached the door and peeked in he saw dozens, perhaps up to a hundred plasma generators. Servitors rushed through the whole hall, maintaining them apparently and constantly check the status of each generator. Linkin had the possibility to run straight and jump down, perhaps a meter or two, to get on the same level where the Plasma Generators are or either take the north or south staircase. The most obvious, a control terminal, was missing though. Also there was no obvious connection between the Plasma generators, it had to be assumed that all cables went through the ground to enable a proper energy network. The Zoanthrope growls and launches a psy blast on the Chaplain, destroying whatever metal crate he was behinding and penetrating it, knocking the Chaplain down. Next problem was the Heavy Bolter that fired upon the Tyranid, but the creature didn't care as no shot made it past his Warpfield. The Blood Angel from the rear, which the Zoanthrope did not notice, managed though to create a major wound, but was unable to fell the beast. The Zoanthrope hit the Blood Angel away with it's long tail and launched then a Psy Blast upon the Devastator, thinking the Chaplain is no greater danger, while still drilling in his brain, wanting to break him from inside out. The two Astartes move north and notice instantly that this is a serious secret facility as their augmentations tell them they are 1km under the surface. How long did this facility take to build? But it did not matter as they soon reached the only door in this straight hallway, there was a simple button to open it.
Tempestus can spot right where he walked in above the door a camera, looking into his face with a red light on. Also as the console was broken, the program was still online and the hologram platform kept the map active, beeping and blinking as in the south-western sector the dots move to and away from eachother.
"i know that whoever is ordering the skitarii around can hear me come and get me coward" as he spoke he exited the door heading to the area the map showed as the least amount of bio signs
