Chaplain looked at the stasis capsule for a long moment, then his hand fell on the Techmarine's skull on his waist. He felt the bone in his hand as sure as he felt Ill Omen's cold metal. Without touching anything, he walked around the room, looking for any hidden switches or doors. When he was done with that, he did the same for the stasis capsule, only examining it, not touching anything. Stevanus smiled, as the pieces of the puzzle slowly started to fall in place. During the time spent in this facility, and in between him focusing and creature taunting him, Chaplain tried to hide his thoughts, and apparently it worked. Despite the previous statements, he heard the creatures words and he heard them well. It fed him some broken pieces of information and Stevanus worked on that, combining it with what Krauz told him, all that time ago. So now, even if it was far fetched, Chaplain had some kind of idea what they were dealing with. Know thy enemy, kill thy enemy. As he scanned the room, he addressed both Templar and Dark Angel, "Brothers, tell me, what do you know about Necrons and the reason behind their actions?"
~~ Underground Facility - Omega Level - South ~~ "The Necrons are split in different dynasties, similar as we are split in Founding Times. Though the system is completely different as during a dynasty always someone else ruled. As much as I know their motives varied slightly between each Dynasty, but in the end it was always the same: Revenge against who did what they are now. Though I think you are on the wrong path with that assumption... Necrons are not this sneaky, they are smart, but not sneaky. If this would be a tomb world we would have picked up signatures." The Swordsman stated, not able to take this foolishness anymore as he looked around. "Also Necrons do not use the warp, that was their problem to begin with and therefor they would not mess with your thoughts and cause visions." He added, knowing quite well about any race in this galaxy as he served for over a hundred years in the Deathwatch... And had often a good chance to interrogate some of the Xenos, especially the Eldar were hard to crack, but once they spoke, it was quite a lot of new information they received. Though the Black Templar paid detailed attention to the surroundings, trying to indicate anything what could provide aid in this riddle, the secrecy of this facility was unbearable for a truthseeker as he was.
When the Thunderhawk landed in the hanger, Tsu'had plants himself directly in front of the aircrafts door. He would let nothing pass until Krauz and the stormtroopers arrive.
~~ Hammer of Faith ~~ "Want me to stay closed or open the ramp and bring the fight to them?" The pilot asked, making sure he is aware of their plans. "Two minutes!" Krauz informed the team via Vox.
"No, I don't think this is a tomb world, quite the opposite, nor do I think there's a single living Necron around here. But the primary thing in my question was it's second part. Think on that Swordsman, next time before you make an assumption to what I'm suggesting". Chaplain was being as vague as he could be, and for a good reason. Hopefully the Templar would understand what was he suggesting. But he spoke no more of his suspicions as he moved to the stasis and watched the Master of the Forge in his slumber. "I know this is a trap brothers, but what do you think - should we wake this one and ask him for directions?"
"Open it, my flail is starting to get rusty." Tsu'had jokes eager to finally face something besides shadows and illusions.
~~ Underground Facility - Omega Level - South ~~ "You asked. I answered." The Templar replied but nodding in understanding. Though not really caring for that individual he turned to the console in the room and looked if anything would indicate the true reason of this facility. Why such a secret level and so heavily defended? And why by such big Carnifex? It all did not make any sense. Using Tyranids as a defense mechanism... Or were they more of a honor guard? The Templar was free for whatever it could be to be not hit by surprise of the truth within this facility.
Aldrim approached the servitor in the middle of the room having a change of mind he demands "release the occupants of these capsules immediately!" aiming his storm bolter at its head should it try anything funny
~~ Underground Facility - Omega Level - North ~~ "State Name, Rank and higher authority." The Servitor replied in it's neutral-synthetic voice. ~~ Hammer of Faith ~~ The Pilot nodded and opened the ramp, letting the men fight their fight, though he also grabs a Bolter from the emergency compartment, ramming a fresh magazine into it. Putting it on the co-pilot seat as he grabs the controls of the Thunderhawk. "Orks like big guns, don't they?" He joked and engaged with the hordes in the firing arc with the twin-linked Heavy Bolter.
