Just keep in mind Nathaniel kinda became my char ~~ Underground Facility - Omega Level - North ~~ Nathaniel engaged the beast with his jetpack activated, slamming his claws into the monster, trying to stab it to death with his claws. "Go to the exit! I will take care of this thing, but you must end the visions, ASAP!" The Blood Angel demanded, being thrown off the Carnifex who focused on Nathaniel. ~~ Underground Facility - Omega Level - South ~~ The team working asynchronous in their plans being quite ineffective, but Jaccx plan worked to the better or worse, as it turned around, giving The Swordsman a slight body check, just enough to try to bring him out of balance. Though instead of attacking with the claws, the Carnifex lowered his head fast on Jaccx, aiming to bite a huge chunk out of him. The rotation of the Carnifex, also caused the tail to slam into the side of the Chaplain. It only had seemed so far it was ignoring him, but in reality it actually had a battle plan. The Plasma Pistol was thrown across the room from the impact of the tail against the Chaplain. ~~ Ork Krooza - Bridge ~~ "You will die here, just like all the Eldar and Black Templar died! You will burn in the warp!" Ahriman's voice insisted in the head of Tsu'had, his beating of himself not helping as his helmet absorbed all of the impacts. Noctis saw Tsu'had as well as Ahriman, an Ahriman who laughing mockingly at him. "First I take Taldeer, then her journals and then.... Eldritch. All because you are too weak, Orkan Wolf." Tempestus just reached the Bridge, the countdown being down to three minutes. ~~ Ork Krooza half-way to Hangars ~~ The old nemesis of Cassius appeared, a Lictor Alpha he had helped hunting during the First Aurelian Crusade. "I will take care of him, move!" He ordered the Servitors who obeyed, opening fire with Hellfire Rounds upon the Tyranid. OOC: Like to remind here on the vacuum on the ship xD
Off balance, the Swordsman dropped to the floor instead of trying to recover using precious time, just in time to avoid the afterswing of the tail over his head. Without getting up, he makes a powerful swing at the beast's leg, attempting to cripple it still.
Aldrim hearing the shouts of his brother on top of the beast, seeing his claws dance through the thick plate of the carnifex as it struggled with the angel of death, although Aldrim never retreated and never surrendered the beast within him knew the wiser, guiding him with Wonde through the door on the fat side of the room "I will return brother" said Aldrim to Nathaniel As he and Womde left the room they quickened the pace, they needed to find this formidable foe OOC oh yes my bad - go Nathaniel, poke it's bloody eyes out!!!
Chaplain was slammed and he fell couple of meters away from the place he stood before the impact. His plasma pistol was thrown across the room and Stevanus knew he had no time to go and pick it up. He cursed, and took a mental note to himself - when they are done with this mission, he must spend a whole day in praying for his laxity and overconfidence at approaching this threat. He vowed he will not make the same mistake as he took his axe in 2-handed grip. Stevanus rose to his feet, and activated jump pack, which sent him flying towards the Carnifex, who was now turned away from him, facing Dark Angel. Chaplain turned the head of his axe around, hoping that its wicked hook will find purchase in monster's skin. (OOC other side of the axe, as the axe is single-bladed; the place where the other blade should be is made of a wicked looking "talon curve", imagine a teeth of some predator. This is only the reminder, sorry with the boring part, just wrote it in case you forgot how the axe looks like)
~~ Underground Facility - Omega Level - North ~~ Nathaniel duelled with the Carnifex. "Just you and me, ugly one!" The Blood Angel growled and readied his claws as he charged. "FOR BAAL! FOR SANGUINIUS! FOR THE GOD EMPEROR!" As Aldrim and Wonde left the room the door closed behind them, denying to return to their brother just now. But they had entered a chamber of test subjects... Or something alike.... The tubes looked like filled with water, each containing something different. One seemed to carry a headless Servitor, another a complete Skitarii, another some regular human in fancy uniform, nothing military, must be a civilian leader, then there had been an Eldar, a Tau, and an Ork in three other tubes nearby. And in the center of the room was a Servitor connected to the consoles, apparently not even aware of the two Astartes. Wonde informed Aldrim that the screens attached to the consoles were bio-live-feeds of their status. Whatever this facility and this level was made for, it was to kept these alive. The Ork seemed to be a Waaghboss, the Eldar according to the cloth some kind of seer, male. The Tau, a rare captured specimen, an Air Caste member which differed from the other Tau by the very slim body, even slightly slimmer than Eldar. On a more detailed look the two Astartes could see that cables from their heads were attached to the top of the tube, probably doing more than just the live bio-feed that is shown on the screens.
¨Ohhh sweet throne....¨ As the beast headed down on jaccx he realise he didnt have room to dodge, he didnt have any choice he had to *mount* the beast, the xeno came with full force, jaccx made a great leap avoiding the teeth enoug for him to get a hold of the 2 greats tusk the xeno had...,as the beast realised it missed his meal, the astartes was allready climbing above the head, he carefully placed all of his frame behind the neck in that small gap the beast had. ¨Maybe our swords cant pierce you, but maybe i can choke you!¨ And soo the marine started to hold with stretched arms the neck of the beast with all of his strength, trying to buy time for his other brothers to think of something. ¨Danm it! why you xenos have to be soo fat around the neck?!¨ As he kept pressing. ¨Quickly brothers i dont think i can hold him for much longer!¨ ¨(fcker will probably try to slam me against the wall...)¨
~~ Underground Facility - Omega Level - South ~~ The Carnifex growled in pain and struggled, by wiggling around, but eventually the Oxygen in it's body was out and it dropped down. Dieing by the hands of Jaccx. The Swordsman sword damaged but was unable to cut through the enormous leg. Same for Stevanus who could damage but not penetrate the Carapace. The simple deed of the Dark Angel to chocke the beast seemed to had it surprised that extremely that it did not know how to counter the attack.
