"Start drilling!" Shin Zhu shouted, and the drill started a moment after the Inquisitor finished talking. The Ronin pulled out Razagone and watched as the spores began raining from the sky.

~~ Planet Ruvorn 0750 local time-

Only a single spore landed in the nearby forest, the same place Shin has slain days before a Lictor that scouted on him. This spore contained a 'squad' of Tyranid Warriors, 5 in amount, but one of them was taller and had a more dangerous look on his 'face', his claws were bigger, his carapce thicker, his intelligence higher. The Five Tyranids emerged out of the forest, the first one taken down by the defense turrets, the other ones growled and stepped back, their claws transforming into cannons and started to shoot from the distance upon the turrets and line of defense, the Bio-Plasma starting to melt one by another.

The Drill-Servitor was on full power, it would just take several minutes to unleash the living metal warriors, also known as Necrons.

~~ In Orbit - Deathwatch Thunderhawk 0910 local time ~~

The Thunderhawk was shaking as nearby Bio-Ship exploded, torpedos close by. The Tyranids seemed to not care for the small gunship, the Pilot blessed his craft, made a dangerous barrel roll as a battleship fired Bio-Plasma, the Thunderhawk gut with it's right wing into a smaller bio-ship, cutting it open.

Smaller Creatures went after the Thunderhawk, but the Hive Mind disregarded that thought and focused them on the fighters that covered the Thunderhawk from the rear, it having been attack crafts of the Hammer of Faith. "WE WILL HOLD THEM OFF, INQUISITOR!" One of the pilots yelled over the vox, he knew their death would be inevitable but he would avenge them later....

After another dangerous minute of flying straight through the Hive Fleet Gryphon, the Thunderhawk flew through a gaping hole which opened and closed periodically, the intuition of the Pilot served well enough to bring the Thunderhawk in one piece inside. The Ramp opened after landing somewhere that looked like a stable spot.

"Kill-Team Lightbringer on me! Stevanus right, Tempestus Left! Then Noctis and Rafikiel, Nathaniel on the right flank, Tsu'had on the left flank, Valonox the Rear Guard! MARCH!" With the instructions given Inquisitor Krauz hurried out of the Ramp, his Thunderhammer held strong in his both hands.

~~ In Orbit - Tau Manta 0915 local time ~~

The Manta finally made it through, Sirius cursing the Pilot under his helmet for almost killing them all. They landed somewhere else than the rest of his Team as he could see on his HUD. "We are deployed and will head to the Queen Chamber, will meet you there!" Sirius voxxed his team as he was heading out, also he learned that the Tau certainly would be not helpful.

The Apothecary overheard how they were all of the rank 'Saal' which is in basic the level of a neophyte, if not even worse. The only experienced warrior was a Shas'Ui, Sirius guessed his name to be 'Rui'dun', but he did not care, he cared to survive and kill the Norn Queen, if his brothers would not be faster, that is.

"May the Emperor watch over you Sirius" Stevanus voxxed back to his brother. "Leave some Tyranids for us!"

"COLD AND FAST LIGHTBRINGERS!" yelled Chaplain and jumped out of the thunderhawk, going right of the Inquisitor. Stevanus held both of his weapons in his hands ready to unleash his fury upon the misbegotten aliens who dared to stand in his way.

As the tyranids blew another turret to bits, Shin Zhu flew into them. Razagone sailed through one warrior cleanly, and pierced the torso of another, cutting up and out of the warrior's head. The other one turned on the Ronin with their death spitters only to be cut apart by the rotating turrets from the armored valkyrie. Nicholas saluted from inside the landed drop ship. Shin Zhu turned back to the drill checking on the progress of the sevitor team. Only the large one was left. Shin Zhu turned towards it with Razagone ready, waiting for the large warrior make the first move.

Tempestus stood beside the Inquisitor in his left hand his own force sword his right the relic he had kept of his masters "in the emperors name, I will cut a hole for you even if I fall doing so" as he spoke he activated the power feilds on his sword and on his mentors he encased it in warp fire as a serated edge

~~ Planet Ruvorn 0800 Local Time ~~


The Warriors as soon as having fallen got reinforced, this time something bigger and more dangerous. A Lictor, allied by another set of Warriors, each with cannons instead of claws, all of them as soon as they emerged firing upon the Valkyrie which killed their brethren before, the Lictor so far having been unseen used it's camouflage like skin to stay hidden on top of a Tree, waiting for the Astartes to engage in melee again.

The Servitor kept on drilling, blessing the machine that was doing the work for Shin's plan.

~~ Planet Ruvorn - Heraldis - 0920 local time ~~

"SIR FIRST LINE GOT DEVASTATED!" was voxxed by Colonel Dietrich to General Triades who could see it from his Baneblade. A huge Bio-Ship just made direct planetfall, nothing could stop it, not even the Imperial Navy and simply crashed into the world, splattering it's organs all over the defense line, triggering a whole row of explosives and spitting out more and more Tyranids. "FOCUS FIRE ON SYNAPSE CREATURES AND CARNIFEX!" He ordered and the Baneblade aimed for the closest Carnifex, it's projectile penetrating the Carnifex, punching a hole through the whole Carnifex, hitting a group of Warriors right behind it, blowing them all up.

Basilisk fire rained down on the Tyranids, which seemed to not slow them down. Hell Hounds scorched the earth and grass, incinerating the Gaunts that were assaulting the second defense line of Heraldis.

~~ Planet Ruvorn - Jandra - 0920 local time ~~

Within five mintues the wall fell victim to a group of Carnifex, the first row of Mines having only detonated Gaunts and Rippers. The Flame Turret network at least proving successfully, all operated by Logis Darius who commanded them. Armed Servitors and a few Skitarii stationed around him, ready to defend him until death.

But the Carnifex were strong enough to overcome the flame turrets and the Gargoyles armed themselves with ranged weapons, becoming flying Termagaunts, taking flame turret after flame turret apart as the Anti-Air cannons started not just to overheat and run out of ammo, but also get obliterated by ground forces that were landed via spores on the rooftops.

~~ Hive-Ship - 0920 local time ~~


Krauz narrowed his eyes and slowed down as no enemies had faced them after a minute of running down the hall. "Something is amiss..... Why is there no Tyranid attacking us?" He asked, looking around him, his hammer strong in grip, just now suddenly a flesh hook heading out for Krauz, he was able to counter it with his hammer just in time, more flesh hooks emerging out of the walls, hungry for the Astartes. "MOVE!" He yelled, rolling beneath a flesh hook, his powered Hammer giving it an electrocution. "DO NOT STAND STILL, MOVE!"

Tempestus cut the flesh hooks as they came he then sent a plume of warp fire at the closest wall hoping to buy his brothers time "move now"

"Kill-team double time, MOVE!" yelled Chaplain and hurried behind the Inquisitor, occasionally firing plasma shots in the random places on the wall and trying to dodge or cut any hook that came too close to him.

Moving with the team, Tsu'had blocks the flesh hooks with his shield. The hooks bounce off, unable to grip the thick metal of the shield.
