"I see. Should we then not go through the forests and mountain areas where they could hide in caves and such?" Casey suggested, Steiner nodding in agreement.
OOC: I assume Krauz & Stevanus reported to Sirius regards the Genestealers, etc. "Aye. The Tau might be tricky and adaptive, but they have as much sense of honor as an every Astartes." Sirius said, his helmet having been off all the time and laying on the table. "I think they hide something, as in smaller force than we are expecting, but their aid alone should be good enough even if we only get a single cruiser in the end. It is the variety of weapons that will aid against the Tyranids, they will have problems to adapt." Sirius explained and went further on. "That is also what makes the Tau dangerous towards us on long-term. They might learn things by aiding us in battle which will aid them, therefor I think the best is you leave this ship again except there might be anything else you might talk about? Regards the Genestealer infestation I can only say that you should look for and find the Brood Lord, kill him and the other Genestealers should be easier to find, at least temporarily." The Apothecary stood then up and walked to the window next to Stevanus, looking down on Ruvorn.
"Quite a sight eh? Better to memorize it brother, because when this war is over, it would look much different" Stevanus sighed and walked around the room. "Concerning Tau, I trust your judgement brother Sirius. If they are as honorable as you say, than there will be no problem working with them." "They are hiding something, no question about it. They obviously tried to take the planet for themselves through diplomacy, when the war failed them. Governor was on their payroll, and I believe everything was prepared for throwing down the reins of the Imperium. But then these Tyranids showed up, which rendered their plans useless. So I should perhaps thank the Norn-Queen for assistance when I see her" Stevanus laughed. "And don't worry about the Genestealers, just try to stay in one piece brother" Chaplain placed his gauntlet on Apothecaries shoulder pad. "Pray to the Emperor, and he will show you guidance." Stevanus then turned to Inquisitor. "If you have anything to add, do so. I'd be glad to be off this ship for good"
After a short discussion between the leaders the locations of places were determined and who would go. Noctis to the caves in the mountain area around Jandra. Tempestus in the sewers of Mahur with Cassius. Nathaniel would remain on the Hammer of Faith until Stevanus comes back and then aid him in any task he would approach. Rafikiel would return to the planet to train and fortify the world, half-day Heraldis, the other half day at Jandra. Valonox checking the automatic defenses in Heraldis and inspect the vehicles, world-wide. Tsu'had would go into the forests of the world and look for the Genestealer cults there. Shin was simply told to check the island he had been working on. Each team got a Storm Trooper squad to aid and in case any emergency should occur. OOC: There will be a time skip again once the stuff from Colapse is done.
ooc sorry had a apocalypse game been runing a 40 k campaign and just ended it with an apocalypse tempestus sat in the transport to head back down to the planet reading a book waiting for the pilot to launch
"I have all the guidance I need, Brother-Chaplain." Sirius said with a small smile, looking at Stevanus, his scarred face right against him. "Also, I am aware of the changes a world goes through once the Tyranids visited it. I am just sorry to not join the hunt for the Genestealers, on the other hand... There is quite a story which is more than unfortunate connected with the infiltrators of the Tyranids. I might tell you the story once this war is over." Sirius said and leaned with his back against the wall. Krauz also stood up and walked up to the two Astartes. "Aye, but for now just do not give them a reason for treason to kill you or us instead of the Tyranids." The Inquisitor said as he was knocking on the door they came in, signaling that they were ready to leave.
OOC did you win? "I'm counting on you telling me that story brother" nodded Chaplain. "Farewell Sirius, stay safe." Then he turned and walked over to the Inquisitor, waiting for door to open so he could finally continue with preparing for war...
ooc yes was using nearly 6000 points of nids while i had two allies using 3000 points of nids each verses 12000 points of marines and then 12000 points of chaos (three way game)
