A chimera drove up to the Astartes and a Commissar stepped out. "May I give you a ride, Adeptus Astartes?" He said relatively casual, but they could see why. This man was a Veteran of war, two cybernetic arms and his right eye having been replaced as well.

Kyle blinked as if he heard right but finally nodded. "Sir Tempestus, no I have not noticed any of such. Though I am not well aware of the Exports or Imports, I just live a humble life in the service of the God Emperor, serving the government as good as I can by keeping care of these books, keeping an eye on what is in storage and such trivial things." He just wanted to bow again but remembered Tempestus' request.
