So surveying some Death Guard material I came across a startling discovery Somewhat disturbed I realised...Garro looks like Phil Mitchell
He does indeed, it's quite a remarkable resemblance. Isn't Garro the guy ditched the Death Legion when they turned to Chaos and told the Emperor that Horus has fallen to chaos and destroyed half of the galaxy behind the Emperor's back?
It's a shame the only Death Guard recruitment page seems to be geared more towards consoles especially since as far as I know Xbox One and PS4 haven't been confirmed. When we get closer to release or we hear more about when the Death Guard will get introduced into EC I have no qualms about starting up a Death Guard unit and setting up TS and Forums for us PC users if there is enough interest...
I dunno, when Death Guard gets released im gonna swap to them without a second thought. But how organized i want to go about playing will depend more on what i have going on in my life. I hate when i dont have time to dedicate myself fully to a bunch of people so i rather solo at these times then worry myself over the lack of time i have.
If it were to happen it would have to be more on the casual side of things as opposed to some kind of mil-sim mentality anyway. Granted I have been on the forums a lot recently due to a broken leg, I have work and a life (I know who'da thunk it) and my gaming time will be divided as well. I more or less just wanted to see what kind of reaction this would get and if it is worth looking into more seriously.
Games very far away, Death Guard even further. When the time comes we shall see. But in the end i wouldnt mind marching my bloated sorcerers ass along with my kinsmen in rot while we cackle and sing all the way to the front lines.
Death Guard are a close second in favorites, next to my beloved Iron Warriors. May Nurgle grant you existence into the war for Arkhona.
