Different stats, weaponry, appearances and abilities how is it that symmetrical? Considering the PCGamer article describes the Knight (or at least one of them) as a ranged powerhouse with no visible melee weaponry how is that similar to a Wraithknight with an xboxhuge sword? Also there could be a variety of reasons why the Knight is included in the game, everything from the current popularity of the Knights, GW pushing them, to it being story related. etc.
well according to the Blood Ravens novels Gabriel and Macha is BFFs by the way if Imperial Knights are range powerhouses why is it that in the trailer they have a Chain Sword? wonder if they get weapon war gear choices
Imperial Knight has no visible melee weaponry? Hey dude, if you don't know the Knight's lore you can still at least watch the trailer. Or do you think that Chainsword is a ranged weapon? Well I blame the Grot for "Killer Kan"? And Thunder Hammer technically does have lightning on it , or is it Daemon Hammer, I'm confused, because Relic seems to always use the Daemon Hammer model and then call it Thunder Hammer.
That's a picture taken from a demo of a pre-alpha or alpha. So pardon me for not believing that Imperial Knight only has access to ranged weapons in the full game. P.S: Rewatch the trailer.
That was a trailer commissioned by a third party studio, it is neither a gameplay trailer or an accurate representation of the game either at its current state or its finalised one, I thought this would've been self evident since the game is an RTS among other strong indicators like people falling from the sky... Secondly, the knight in the actual screenshots, the one previously referred to and at least one of the Knights appearing in the game is using a purely ranged weapon set up and is described, once again as a "Ranged powerhouse". I see no chainswords.
Well, you just shot yourself in the foot there. Like you said "1 of the Knights", of course we all know Knights have many variants, so expect "Melee Powerhouse Knights" to be present in the full game. Oh, by the way, where is the asymmetrical balance again?
