WHO WINS? these guys can use any gear they desire from their arsenal. the howling banshee exarch is a higher end one, as the other two are far, far, FAR above the 'average' howling banshee exarch. so approaching closer to jain zar's skill level...thus why i put the plus there XD just like succubus's approach lelith hesperax's level... tbh i feel like they both get defeated solidly by the solitaire. it's a series of 1v1 battles in an arena setting.
the exarch is by far the least capable out of those present in the votes, thus why i said he would be an 'above average'...whatever that means. solitaires/harlequins are separate from eldar, dark eldar, and exodites. they can move freely through all three of those factions as they please. just look them up on lexicanum and warhammer 40k wikia, as well as harlequins. solitaires are the most powerful type of harlequin, and are similar to culexus assassins in that they don't have a soul--or, technically....in the case of solitaires, their soul is forfeit to slaanesh unless cegorach can win it back.
In Path of the Outcast: (their is a solitaire who defeats a keeper of secrets in DUEL; so, because I doubt that the two others could reiterate this feat, I've voted for the doomed servant of The Laughing God)
Solitaire. The Harlequins who literally have no souls, and Cegorach must win it from She Who Thirst when one of their number dies. They are the only ones who, during performances, can play the role of Slaanesh without be driven mad. When your foe has no soul, what fear could he or she possibly have of you?
It's still difficult for me to believe that Motley has no soul... But I guess that this is exactely what makes him so dangerous: few would suspect him to be as cold and merciless if most of the time he acts as a (lovely) clown. ... but still
