Daemonbolt is love, Daemobolt is life. two of my 6 loadouts are Daemonbolt loadouts for my CSM Doctor Orpheus. Daemonbolt 4 Lyf
The spell looks awful. It sounds awful. It has awful performance. Its just all around bad and one of the only "spells" that casters actually have. The entire game is a cop-out project that they did last minute before the deadline. Still waiting to see some real fucking spells that you actually cast. The entire dev team needs to go play Mass Effect 3 multiplayer so they can get some ideas of how combat casting spells need to function. This game is behind the times by 10 years. Make a good game already.
As someone who uses mainly the Stream of Corruption, i wouldnt mind making it a more skillful power to use. However if we remove the "autoaim" that thing needs to apply poison faster then it does now. As for how it can work well, its still a "stream" by name, so id still leave it as such. Perhaps it can function sort of like a fire-hose of corruption, and wherever its landings its AoE infesting enemies. One thing i definitely dont want to see go, like literally now way Hose, is its range. I like the concept of the Lash of Slaanesh, but i dont want to be forced in such close ranges, i feel Aspirants should be more in the back supporting, even if the current meta dictates its almost always often better to be in the thick of it hacking at things with your Force Sword/Axe.
Respectfully, if you want to bash the game rather than contribute to the discussion, could you do it in one of the game bashing threads, not here? Thanks.
maybe if it was easier to control and moved faster then yes but currently it sucks forits cost, id rather use Lash of Slaanesh and murder lods with melee
Nerf Sorcerer and Warlock melee into the ground and buff the absolute shit out of their spells, it's the only way to do it. Otherwise you'll just get a rerun of when almost every Eldar player was running around as a self-healing melee machine, slicing through the enemy with their thousand-times-folded elf katana like they were an anime protagonist with plot armour.
I kinda agree to a point, but it should basically be a type of build that is tweaked with loadout items/gear. That way we have multiple builds. So you can either be poor in melee and your powers are kickass or you can specialize in melee but your ranged capabilities suffer immensely.
Something like replacing your force sword with a staff or some such tool for enhancing your powers but with little melee capabilities?
