    I'd prefer more of a Fightin' Juice solution. Similar to the the apothecary but maybe without the HoT and instead a speed boost to attack

    But that would only work for melee, I doubt Painboyz are qualified to increase a shoota's fire rate. Screw that, they're not qualified for anything, anyway.
    Maybe a movement speed buff instead? Or damage resistance?

    I say get rid of painboyz altogether and compensate orks with more resiliencey to damage.
