I believe the correct response when someone makes a stomp off post is...

...don't let the door hit your ass on the way out.

Here's your gettin' since you asked so nicely for it

There is no downside to any guild, major or small, leaving a game. There is and always will be other guilds and players in EC and any other game to fill their un-missed shoes. As for people being idiots, you are the real idiot here, not even reading the posts before your own. There are many DLB's that will still be playing. And just today, likely around the same time this thread was made by Thrakka, I got into 2 ork games on my ork; one of them had like 8 DLB players in it. Doesn't seem like Thrakka speaks for EVERY DLB member to me, especially with the other replies stating they are still playing..

Also if DLB were even half the ork population, why can I get in games with and against orks and there isn't a single DLB tag to be seen on the ork side? I seriously doubt DLB was even one-fifth or one-sixth the ork population. But I will say it is/was likely the largest ork guild.

As for them being the most active and supportive players of the game? Maybe for the ork faction, yes; but for the whole game, there are 3 other factions with just as many actives and supportive players if not more so. So again, if those players left as a whole within DLB, too bad, so sad, and I could careless if they drop dead. If they were really that active and supportive, why they leaving without other actives/supportives of other factions also leaving? There are plenty of other things wrong with EC than just in the orks.

The only real losses of those in DLB who are quitting the game entirely is the lost of ork active players (those that play regularly or so often) and of good war parties for the ork side in games will be fewer; yes they weaken the ork side, but not so majorly that ork players should toss their ork names aside and main other factions.

  7. They main mistake is firce eldar to play "like eldar" in the gamemodes when "play like eldar" downgrade you in most cases. We didnt asked for EHP nerf. Why they didnt touched other OP things like roadkill / fd instakill?

You said i have to play like eldar. Well yesterday i played few games as eldar and multiple times i ambushed idiots, attacked them unawared from back and know what happend? They always rolled / turned back and with AD strafes shredded me to head / body with no chance. Well i dont think its good. Say opinion is spreaded across other multifactional player whci hav like me 1000, 1500, 2000+ hours ingame.

Stop convince eldar that they are good. They are broken and cant be played properly, except noobbash / pugstomp in premade. No thanks, enough that bullshit.

Lets clear this checklist, shall we?

Have orks got any buffs from this 'whining'? No.
Have LSM's complained other factions weapons are OP. Were they nerfed? Yes.
Did the Wolf Priest get a bolter because Noise Marines? Yes.

I agree about the livestream. As have others who've replied in the thread.

Because it was totally a valid, serious threat I'm sure. Sarcasm

You'd be suprised how many people he speaks for, since people other than Ork players have also agreed with him.

I think we're done here Mistah Edgelord.

I freakin' agree to this, just about entirely. More so in that every player should have been playing one name for each faction from the start.

    Why?

Well for one, playing as a enemy you hate/don't like/can't seem to beat gives you perspective. As in how to deal with them when you are facing them. This should apply to any game, not just EC.

And a more EC specific reason, the campaigns. I've heard that the wins needed to fill the campaign progress bars seem to be going by player counts. And judging from what I seen so far, it's player names, not player accounts (if it were accounts, the wins needed would be the same for all 4). It certainly isn't hurting the eldar (going by the last campaign eldar was in) or orks; chaos not so much either; but certainly SM, or as most of you use LSM, is. I wonder why that is? Is it the fact a lot of players into the LSM stuff have two or even more LSM names? I would have to say yes seeing how much more wins LSM needs then the other three do.

What is the point of having two or more names for the same faction for EC? Getting to see your character move in different colors and the different armor cosmetics? I certainly hope there's a VALID excuse other than "well I want to play a few chapters I like that are in the lore/tabletop/books". That is not a good reason that everyone else in LSM has to play more games and get more wins just so the entire faction wins a campaign to get full rewards.
A better example: in a normal MMORPG game (anything with like mages/healers/warriors/tanks/assassins/etc... that kinda game) this is akin to having two names, of the same faction (even if the two names are different genders and/or races), and they are of the same class. What's the point of having, say two healer names? Only logical reason I would see to that (or any 2 of the same class different names) is that maybe you will be playing with a new player and you want to roll with them at their level (and the game doesn't let players power or level down to match lower leveled player they may group up with in game). That sort of reason wont fly in EC, why? Cuz rank ones can be in matches with no rank ones (or even close in rank) on the enemy team. Having two or more names for any faction in EC is actually hurting that faction.

Which is why I think there should be a rule where players have to have one name for each faction before EVER having a second name for any faction. (this rule should be enforced for EVERY faction, not just LSM, it's called being a fair rule)

And if applied, if should effect new and old players, as in what's the point of adding it now if it doesn't effect every player no matter what since the damage is done already, new players making two or more LSM's are only adding to it. Even if that means players with two or more names for a faction are sent emails over time telling the players the rule is in effect, their account is not currently complying with it, you can either go ahead and delete the names you choose to lose, reply back with the name you wish to keep and we will remove the other names for you, or you may make new names, one for each faction (even if you must buy a slot(s) or RTC to buy the slot(s) needed to do so), and no names will need to be removed. Please take one of the three above actions with in (say like a week, or maybe a month, more than a month would be too much time, but a week should be the minimum they are given).

So maybe even the game could get a bit of influx of cash off that, or a bunch of cheapskates will get mad and just keep their favorite chapter name. Win-win in my book, even if those mad people quit the game.
