Does it do anything? I have one, but as far as I can tell, its worse than a ded' shiny weapon (you know, if those did anything) and has no mods. Anybody more informed than I have any knowledge regarding that?
It counts as an electrified choppathat has some bonuses built in but cant mod and a modded electric choppa would probably serve you better
Do we know what those bonuses are? Also, the listed penetration+other stats make it look like a choppa, not an electric choppa. (80 pen as compared to around 140 pen) Rather disappointing if that's all this is. (a choppa with no mods)
