Blood Axes and Freebooters. No way they're going to let you ride piggies atm. Snake Bites just, well, it's possible but they're almost as detached from Orky Kulture as Exodites are from the CWs. You should run this as a poll mate
Well Mate, if you knew ork kulture you would know that the Freebooterz are the subculture and the Snakebites are a clan, tho yes they keep themselves distant and using low tech, they do deal with all the Ork tribes all the time in order to trade squigs and the more well trained squiggoths. ... they are literally the only Klanz and one is an established lesser Kulture. In the mold of Corsairs (although Eldar won't need Corsairs). Unless Ivan is going to make up a new Klan or source something really obscure then it will come down to the Kults or the Freebootas. The Kults won't work imo. @BikerTroll you butt monkey it's cute you think that Orks are so complicated you can't understand them from a quick consult with the lore sources.
Not all factions will be equal guys.... there will be some creative legwork to ensure that each faction has a fair amount of choice - but obviously we will run out of Craftworlds, CSM Chapters, and Klans, LONG before we will run out of Chapters. Expect the unexpected.
Honestly if Snakebites make the vote im surely voting for them. Seeing tons of varied squigs would be awesome.
