The "bonus" points are actually largely worthless, because the way you trickle in you're not going to have neat totals (5k, 10k,etc) and no items cost anything inbetween. You'll have leftover points you can't actually spend. Same deal with the referral stuff actually, you need a large number to actually make sure you can spend all the points you get.
No more like there are points bundles you can choose to buy which come in a variety of sizes. This is simply another option. Small reacurring transaction all points bundles and subs for ec are optional except the 40 price tag and even then there is f2waagh
Ah, well that's nice to know. So 10$ just gets you increasing returns on RT points? neat. Any idea what the deal is with concerning them selling Sergeant and Captain upgrades? I was under the impression that factions would vote on that sort of deal or something.
Not sure what you mean, if you are taking about the sargeant and captain packs, there are already priced packs for upgrading in the rts.
Well, how do those upgrades effect the game? I'm rather wary of anything resembling P2W and so are my friends who I'd like to bring into the game.
Well i mean the benefits are explained in the store but all it is is extra points to soend in the store and earlier access to the early access modules when they come out. That is it. It doesnt make you a sargeant or a captain in game
Quite an old thread I'm digging up, don't think it needs a new thread on its own. Have the devs spoke about expanding the subscription benefits? I do not recall this being mentioned of late/ever. Just a "maybe" here and there, nothing solid. Anyone knows of anything more.. substantial?
There is no subscription, it's just another method to by bundles of points at a discount. You don't need anything from the RT to play the game at all, they are all sidegrades or skins.
