I do not wish losing job to anyone, but if you are unable to deliver quality product as you describe it to your customers, your company should go under as there is no place on the market for half arsed products. There sure will always be that tiny niche group enjoying whatever product, but that's not how making money works and gaming is no longer about making games and then making money of them if they turn out good, but about making as much money, while spending as little as possible in shortest time span possible and it happens to work for some games. Remember the age of early access? That trend is dying rapidly now, because players are fed up of being fed literal horse shit with each new early access title and demand actual working and finished games on release AND that release to happen. Same thing with life service games, where AAA companies think they can shove shit down out throats with quickly put up money maker and then patch it up to a workable state after scrapping half the features or just skipping major systems and mechanics in the first place (looking at you, ubisoft and literally every single game you made past 10 years).
