I vote no. I remember the days of wow classic where cross faction talking was impossible until a mod made it loosely possible. People managed fine, roleplayers roleplayed within their faction, enemies used emotes they bound to a key in combat to taunt you ect. I voted no because I see zero benefits that this brings to the table. What I do see it bringing to the table is endless shit talking and griefing. I don't want to hear people raging at eachother and playing 'who can swallow their mic and yell at the same time'. There is no utility here that is possibly worth the degeneration of quality we would experience as a result of this. Even chaos thinks this is heresy mmmkay.
I'm also against it. Tempting as it might be to let the enemy hear a few good battlecries, it will be abused for shittalking by players. You ever saw that stuff which MOBA players throw at each other? Now keep in mind that these people actually are allies and imagine how the verbal abuse for enemies would look like.
This would be really cool, getting your army and suddenly you hear nothing but "WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!" coming over a hill as you're swarmed by a horde of orks, however it does have the issue of people being BM to others (although I'm personally not affected it could potentially bully some people out of the game) but I think with moderation it could be well handled.
