Promethus looked into the distance and his pride and part of his courage hid in a shadow within his soul. Ethon, too, who hurried at the side of his tamer. "We may run. But we cannot hide. It is going to crush everything. And since we don't have Anti-Titan weaponry... I doubt there is any hope." The Ultramarine uttered, petting the Eagle that landed next to him on the head gently. "But I am going to stand and make a fight. I won't falter like paper and run away. We are Angels of Death, Beast Tamers at that. A new generation. And I shall not be remembered as one who accepts a challenge and then runs from it." Determined he grabbed his Missile Launcher and swung it around his shoulders before he started to jog in a casual pace towards the creature in the distance. He was afraid, but he would not let said fear hold him in shock. Promethus would overcome anything the universe would throw at him. And shall he fail, then he learned another lesson, and so would his brethren.
Varrick Took his chainsword out of the b east as its life was finnaly ended as he heard the rumble and the crushed mountain he turned. As Varrick saw the others Going for a vantage and heard the others requesting for the civillians be evacuated he knew he one of them would likely need to stay to get the people Rallied with gunther to escape, "Nix With me we go to get the humans on a path out of here, Then we Return For the beast," Varrick said as he turned back, "Gunther What is a good pathway to get these people out of here?" He asked as he looked to there guide, As he would have to try to get these people ready to flee.

The village was soon emptied and the three marines and their beasts stood guard as the people took cover. < @Uriel1339 > Empty, that is, except for a trio of children that Prometheus came across. They were cowering in a corner of the village, scared and unable to move. Ethon could carry one, but there was no time for Ethon to make multiple trips. Prometheus could carry two himself, but he would need to move the other way to get them to safety. THE SHADOW OF THE TERRASQUE'S IMMENSE FOOT SLOWLY ENVELOPS THE VILLAGE...
"RUN, CHILDREN!" Promethus screamed as Ethon swooped in order to carry one away. He loaded his Missile Launcher with a Krak Missile and primed it at the incoming foot, intending to perhaps harm the beast enough to retreat, or at least make it think twice for a second, buying whatever precious time there could be gained.
Dumas speaks into the vox "Brother, you've gotta get out of there" he then turns to Gunther and ask what is the best way to get these people to safety.
Cacasus ordered Diolux to run after the crown, the wildcat literally herding the villagers and snarling to try and egg them on faster (not that it was needed) as the marine took up the rear. "So what's our plan for the moment, just fire on the damned thing?" he called over the vox. He fired at the monster's foot, aiming for the giant ridge where the claw met the flesh
"I Suggest we move away and when the foot lands we try to Climb it!" Varrick suggested as he began moving as the last of the villagers out with gunter, He kept his chain sword in his hand as he moved. Back, "What do you think the chances of us getting out of the way in time to hop on?" Varrick asked as Nix followed him as he began looking for a way to get out of the foots path then attempt to climb it.
One child climbs on top of Ethon, as her claws would cause too much damage. As the eagle flies away, the missile flies upwards, exploding on the Kaiju's paw, but seeming to do nothing... perhaps tickle it. Meanwhile, the avian and her passenger fly away, towards the rest of the humans. Then... THE TERRASQUE'S PAW COMES CRASHING DOWN ON THE VILLAGE, CAUSING A LARGE SHOCKWAVE AND PLUME OF SNOW, LEAVING THE FATE OF THOSE LEFT INSIDE UNKNOWN... The villagers stare at their village as it is destroyed, a couple breaking the trance only to embrace the child that Ethon had just set down. Gunther and Adonis convene, and eventually Gunther walks over to the three astartes. "Sky-Men... we may lead ourselves from here. Truly, your brother does not deserve to be left here..." The sun appears to grow even brighter...
"We don't intend to leave him when hes facing this beast we plan to join him." Varrick said as the hand landed on the village, He began running with Nix at his side to keep up. As he suddenly looked up and saw the sun getting brother he had his sun scan the image and see if what he was seeing was really the sun or something else... As he ran he looked to Nix. "Alright Nix We are going to attempt to board it like a rhino Except with jumping, and using your pincer to hook on. Lets Go!" Varrick said as he began heading at the Terrasques paw and attempting to jump onto it, If the two were successful he and her would begin begin attempting to climb the Terrasque.
