I think there should be a way to take squad command without waiting for actual squad leader to pass the rank to you. Why? Because a squad leader that do not give order will not pass the job to someone else because he doesn't care. So we need a way like a squad vote to take squad leader rank like a mutiny for dispicable leadership. It is also a good way to get motivated squad leadership as if you try to take the role it is because you want it.
Currently I request they set squad waypoints multiple times in chat. Then I ask for them to pass lead to someone else. Then I kill them, They immediately complain in english so they are clearly not AFK or not understanding. I then ask them again and if they don't do it I just kill them again.
