Awe schucks, I was really looking forward to them. I thought they were going to be an actual free class and I was excited and confused for a while. Wish they would actually advertise the REAL classes in the pics then. For lore I completely understand and gameplay wise it's for the best, I was just hoping I could get my autocannon without penalty :C
well if anyone could spawn as termi then we would see them everywhere cause they are simply stronger then normal marines and you dont have to pay real money to play them (just in the case you understood me wrong)

Well, for the Ork Boyz, we don't want to forget that there'll be the nobz who won't be F2P, if I am not mistaken.
Yeah, but the majority of the faction is Ork Boyz. So either you buy the game, or play for free as an Ork Boy. They've also mentioned microtransactions being able to buy weapons that are 20% weaker than what you'd get if you were patient which I find an absolute joke when they could just put those resources into making skins for armor and weapons instead, but hey... not P2W right?
As long as it's weaker I don't have a problem with it. I think it's a nice compromise since people who don't want to spend some time looking for better gear can do their own thing without having the upper hand over more devoted players. Unique skins on the other hand would be a little thorn in my side, mainly because it could easily happen that you see your favorite chapter or warband as a skin you need to pay for additionally.
It's completely the opposite for me. I would pay a lot of money to be able to customize my look to anything I wanted to. I would never pay for a weapon I'd later chuck out the window without blinking. Also, as far as skins are concerned, I'd certainly hope that they would be for existing chapters only and that the other chapters would be a DLC that came later (with skins made available to them then.) Moreover, I'd pay a lot more money for a skin designing studio that would allow me to make my character look any way I'd want it to within the constraints of the IP.
