  1. THIS TENSION IS KILLING ME!

I don't think I've ever been this desperate for any game to succeed ever before.. This must happen!!

And sprinting speed being universal? So now, a Ork can run as fast as an Eldar... Hmmm. :/ Seems legit.
I just want to know everything now, and form. This game to come out sooner. The sooner open beta comes, the better.

I am sooo excited, I'm practically fangirling!

p.s, a mobile version of the website would be greatly appreciated...
  2. well im not sure if the sprinting speed in 1 faction is equal or for all factions so maybe eldar can sprint faster then orks but the banshee can sprint equaly fast like the dark reaper (to keep the squads together)

Sound disheartening) You want to keep your squads together - you use transports. But you don't ever need to keep Reapers and Banshees together!)) Reapers carry heavy armor and heavy weapons and have to be safe behind, while Banshees are lightly equipped and their main purpose is to close distances as fast as they can. It really hurts my mind...

Still, I have some hope. But if the Eldar implementation fails in this game, that will save me lots of money and LOTS of free time))

  4. well not all traveling squads will be able to use vehicles or they vehicle has been destroied
so if the squad have to make a 5 min walk to another point of interesst it is needed that all squadmembers can sprint the same speed

and as i think about sprinting
if the orks sprint slower then eldar then an eldar ranged class can simply kite an ork melee class
so maybe it is a must that all sprint the same speed

The point behind it was that. as mentioned, to keep the squads together, while having different speed in the actual combat i.e. normal running speed. So you sprint as fast as your squad members, but you can not shoot or do any type of attack while sprinting, but when you move normally your speed differs, so some classes will be quicker and more agile in combat than others.

well these are when I got the two newsletters, 12 days apart from each other. The ork's newsletter was 24th of October and the chaos newsletter was on the 5th of November.

I like how Exelenz puts it:
Travel speed and Combat speed being different may do the trick.

And I can't see why it could be bad for Eldar to be able to kite Ork - it makes sense lore-wise. Orkz are considerably tougher, stronger and larger in numbers, what is left for Eldar if not the agility, which is not much, considering Orkz' numbers?

I dont get the point in use the same sprint speed, no even with that "travel speed" excuse. Really its so hard to dont sprint ALL the time to wait your slower mates? So... No fast explorers? I dont get the point...
