!IMPORTANT MESSAGE! If you actually do want to make a journal / log of important matters in any shape or form. PM me and/or @CommissarGaunt with your character name and something with 'Log' or 'Personal Log' or something like that. And just type stuff in there. This is COMPLETELY VOLUNTARILY. But in case you want to keep a log on numbers, special notations or other things that happened or had been said. That is the perfect way to do it. Especially since versus a complete personal log (that you could write in word or google docs or something) we GMs actually have log of that stuff, too. Logs of such nature are more than encouraged to write, due to the amount of time jumps that we could potentially have + should ever Xeno Sympathist cells, Heretic cells, or other issues arise you may find clues of it's origin in your own notes. Not to forget, if you are extensive in details such as @TechCaptain about ones troops it may help you keep track of who is doing what, and so on.... ^^ And who knows, perhaps we GMs can help also out to keep your records... Correct.
