"Good to know. I think though we may want to split our forces between both planets. The forest world doesn't show lots of water besides our boys could use some training to blow off the rust. Maybe a training or supply post on the water world?" It shows he was getting more serious now they were talking about the planets. " And Miss Darius may want to start but we are still missing a few people it looks like."

"I must agree with Saul there, we've had time for pleasantries aplenty during travel and shall have time yet for more while things mobilize, but before the latter can even happen we need to decide where to mobilize. " Abel had cast a longing glance toward the cluster of military and naval personnel, very much wishing to join in the camaraderie there yet his time slaving away as Deacon to their former Ecclesiarchy head had taught him a thing or two about proper behavior in such councils and he had instead posted himself fairly equidistant between every party in a subtle display that would be lost on almost all but the sharpest or most sensitive to such posturing. In reality it wasn't even quite meant to be a political move so much as peacekeeping.

"Since we are diving head first into things we need to establish what troops and civilians alike need. First is shelter, safety, or defenses, whichever you wish to call it. Then you need water, fairly obvious I think. And lastly food, also obvious. If we wish to field a large population, which I believe we do for the main colony, unfortunately I believe the deathworld Ven Primaris maybe best. I say this because Tus Primaris does not see to hold the water we need. Though if I am one to argue with myself, which I am, Tus Primaris maybe a safer bet for the troops to warm up on and stretch their legs."

"While this happens perhaps a space station maybe established to act as a go between for the planet's and base of operations for the fleet."

"And, I maybe wrong in assuming this, but the Mechanicus members may wish to inspect the moon Ven I which shows a good potienal to supply them with the building materials they and everyone else needs."

Davian, who had followed the general once again frowns lightly as he listens to the speech.
"AS may be, Tus Primaris is a good ground for "stretching" the legs of the people, we need to make sure the planet is safe enough for specificly that. I don't need to remind you that a small epidemic of an alien disease is the least we need, gentlemen."
His voice is clear, with a soft accent (slight germanish, if you are interested, though far from the massive "zes")
"We need to make sure that no such things happen, atleast to a dangerous degree."

" With a wheezy laugh Abel let his weight rest lazily in the seat, if anyone in the room would have reason to at least make note of the laugh it might be their military personnel whom may very well remember when Abel served with their attached regiments in days long past in far better shape and with perhaps a deeper fire fueled by the bellows of his voice. Sitting up and head snapping to attention in response to Mathius speaking, for now his peace was held to wait for better educated minds to lay down their own thoughts.
As the good doctor voiced his thoughts Abel momentarily raised his hand and gave it a roll.

"I've full faith in your abilities to deal with any such epidemic Davian, such a threat is present in all corners of man's domain yet we shall face them with all the blessed knowledge and will at our disposal. "

"I am not one to argue when it comes to safety, Davian. Should you need a ship to conduct such scans and examinations, you shall have it," Mathius said as he wrote in his journal.

Davian strokes his well keept mustache and nods.
"We need a full scan of the Atmosphere, Stratosphere, aswell as dirt and minor foliage samples. ALSO some deeper ground samples would be needed. The least we need is a seasonal bloom to occur, causing a massive flow of poisonous spores, as a example of course."
He nods, seemingly thinking of every possible example of what could happen.

Daimon raised an eyebrow at the good doctor surprised on how much studying he was suggesting. He sounded almost like the biogis cogboys to him than a plain medical man but he was grateful for this side of him. He quietly followed the conversation for the moment as his job is just the safety portion.
