Guys (and girls, probably). Let's not get hugely salty about this. Yeah, it's disappointing, I get that, I've not gotten in either, but acting like children isn't going to get any of us in any faster. There's plenty of time for the rest of us who bought captain packs to get in and get some time in. We've waited years for an MMO like this, I'm sure we can all wait a little longer.

I was wondering if they would also send us a message inside the forums via our inbox on top of email, i have had some problems getting emails in the past or accidentally deleting one to many and I would hate to miss out cause im not paying attention.
In a perfect world, Alpha Key 000-299 would go to customer 000-299. Unfortunately, we don't live in a perfect world. Chaos is a force that exists outside of the 40k universe and shit happens. The key generation was handled by a third party that botched it. They were told it was fixed, but it doesn't seem to be the case. Then there was a bug where most of the people couldn't get the actual game client. I think they really wanted to push some more keys but that last minute bug with the client stopped that dead in its tracks. Hopefully we will see more over the next few days. I am sure nathan is pulling all of the hairs out of his beard right now and many of the core devs are going to be putting in extra hours today and tomorrow to make things smoother. Once Nathan hit the Turbo button, things changed dramatically and many of the things they said before had to be changed. If you read his post from Friday, I don't think even he knew how they were going to really chose the first batches. This team has been absolutely transparent from the beginning and when they have a chance to collect their thoughts they will explain everything to us. So yes, higher points may have been given extra places in line, some people may have gotten their ahead of others in line, and we as consumers have a right to know why, but deal with it, that's life. Put yourself in their shoes for 5 minutes and think how it would be if there are hundreds of people asking the same question and some being more irate then others and in the background they are dealing with everything else that comes with a launch, on top of continuing to further develop a game.
