The date system in of itself seems fucked up. A lot of first day buyers have not gotten in, instead you have a lot of day 2 buyers. I don't know how a script can fuck that up so bad.
What a jip so glad I bought capt, the phobos, and 4 extra slots on opening day preorder..I am sick of checking email I'll try again next week, until then I will practice Space Marine which is the same game pretty much but without raids
Hah, Okay. We're throwing tantrums because we were sold a product based on the marketing information at the time. Marketing information that was never updated or changed. As a customer you have every right to make a complaint and ask for answers as to why the product marketed to you and sold was not delivered under the terms of the agreed sale. It doesn't matter if they send out invites throughout the week, simple fact is people were marketed the product based on the first come first serve model. The first come first serve model was not being put into place. Imagine buying tickets for a concert and you reserved your seat, but when you arrive you get told "No sorry, the guys who bought after you get your seats you'll have to wait until a seat becomes available". So stop white knighting and learn about your rights as a customer and exercise them.
Yeah, sorry. But that tweet confirmed that Xenos pack buyers got priority. They've lied to us WAY too much...
i created a conversation with katie for her to clarify what she said on twitter. i will respond here when i get the answer to the question.
I bought Captain under the statement Captains got first pick no I realise there are probably a few thousand capts then cool I'll happily wait but if they used any other critera I also want a refund,I'll just wait for xbox
I remember back when EC was going to have a spot at E3, but it changed at the last second. They were supposed to show a bunch of never before seen content, and they didn't. Then everyone started getting upset and started complaining and saying that "they lied to us" "I've lost my faith in this game" blah blah blah, and it was this huge thing. Then a week went by and everyone got over it. Sounds like it's happening again.
sure the general population will get over it, but that doesnt stop a few ppl from rage quitting. every time a company screws over or pisses a customer off, they lose that customer forever.
To be fair this ain't launch its testing but they have some explaining to do why they said Captains had first dibs only to then change their mind
