Yeah it was the biggest sales day however you have a rather significant portion being attributed to that bug. Is it really that hard to write an SQL script Select * from tblFounders OrderBy Date Ascending Then read one by one from the top of that file?
Can't help see a few rants and "Where's my copy" messages going around. Let's all keep in mind a few things here: 1. There have to be close to or near 100,000+ people who have either the Captain's pack or higher. Chances are they got it in their email and won't know until they get off work. (I don't know how many ppl, I'm guessing). 2. This is not the actual game here. It's Alpha, which means they selected a choice few to test the game and give their feedback in it's development. So start pulling your own weight into this. 3. If you're gonna complain about "not playing the game" soon enough, then you're clearly not suited to testing the Alpha. Go play something else. 4. I believe tehy also mentioned that they would focus on sending out Alpha invites to those who purchased the Captain's Pack oand above first. Then to those who upgraded their packs. Which means those who could afford the pack first are given attention first. Those who upgraded are on the list, but you just need to wait your turn. 5. Again to stress THIS IS ALPHA. Not the actual game. Which means we can expect it to change based on development and feedback.
Hearing that this will be on Steam makes me all the happier, hadn't really heard that but had my hopes.
Okay guys Nathan said that he appreciated us getting together and trying to see when we would get in to the Alpha but there is no way for us or for him to know when a specific person will get acess. So chill
You're missing the point a little bit I think. People are rightfully a little pissed that people who should not have gotten their key have gotten theirs before them. You buy a product with information that your purchase will guarantee you access based on date of purchase, that was not delivered hence people are pissed.
