It's nothing to do with white knighting, at least on my end. All I'm saying is be humble. I've worked in customer service in almost every job I've had. I know what it's like when someone is upset about something they've purchased. I've been screamed at, spat at, you name it. Did I give them a prompt solution? No, instead I merely referred them elsewhere. If people were humble and understanding with their issue, I would help them with their case immediately, and would provide a fast and reliable solution. This is the same thing, just a different type of product, and no risk of being spat on.
I feel Warpy has grown and is feeding (off) the forums now, until he grows larger and larger to which he'll then posses all of the devs, the players, then proceed to take over everything else. What should be the new name of this god of chaos? Just Warpy or any other ideas..?
