it doesnt matter if the list was missing ppl. i would expect long jumps in between ppl on the list, what i WOULDNT ever expect is that someone BELOW ME on the list would have gotten in before me.

Or you guys were on were on the same day. I don't know where he is relative to you, but if you're on the other side of the world, then it'd be the 26 and 25 for the both of you. It's all relative though.

Edit: I'd also note that they may base some stuff off your "specs" and location, but I can not confirm that, not my place too.

Maybe for people who upgraded their packs, it doesn't matter when they purchased it, but rather when their pack was upgraded to captain.
