It must be that each email is being personally written for each individual founder by Katie like a Christmas card. Understandably takes a while. <3
There are loads of people with captain+ worth of points, probably in the order of thousands, and almost none of them use the forums, the vast majority of people playing games don't use forums, that's just how it is. Those things considered, a wave of 100 is nothing. I wouldn't lose my shit for not getting in tbh... going as far as to say that devs have "misled" someone cause he bought a captain pack and he wasn't in today is hilarious to say the least
Seriorusly wondering how a game that most likely has a ton of servers hooked up is only going to have 100 people running around in it... and better yet id guarantee 75 of those 100 may a. not even play before the weekend rolls around.. b. decided they want no part in a game anymore. c. don't even know the game launched.. This leas me to speculate.. was there even 100 emails that went out.... why 100 emails hours agon and no more emails since? why not make it 1000? prolly haven't even used 1% of 1 server. I say start throwing more invites out... Nathan promised a turbo invite. Unless you ran into issues.. such as a sever crash with 25 ppl playing... oh wait I know what it is... the devs are all to busy playing against those 25 ppl......
be patient bro, i bought dawn of imperium, when it was 3rd minute from payment avaliability. so i was 13 who bought a pack. and it was dawn of the imperium....... i thing xenoses is now
I doubt, 90% of the Devs have time today to play right now. Behavior is probably an absolute madhouse right now
Plenty of people grasp it, it is just more people are returning / stopped lurking and asking the same question over again. People just seem to rather ask and be told directly then try to research it themselves even though it is posted who qualifies.
Because you can't go nuclear straight away. They are gradualy increasing it because they will most likely experience server crashes with a hundred people, then fix it, then crash again after 300-500 people etc and again have to fix errors etc.
