    (as always, a large chunk of this is paraphrased and isn't 100% word for word)

    Caution to Players

    Don't apply steam gift-able version of the game you received in your inventory to yourself. It's not supposed to be possible, but some did it. If you do it, depending on when it was purchased, what type of full version, and what version you had before, there is the potential to ruin it all by applying it to yourself.
    Some were able to gift it without issues. Others did it and everything blew up.

    Worst case scenario - a Sergeant Founder account uninstalled the game, waited a bit to play later, saw the gift-able version in the Steam inventory, applied it....because other version was uninstalled, this new version overrode the account and turned the Founder status to Free-to-Play player status.

    You can apply it to yourself in the future if it's fixed, but don't do it now.

    Production Update (Ork Kommando)

    - Kommandos will be in the next patch (heroes added one at a time)
    - obtained by going to store - elite classes
    - also accessed through loadout
    - still WIP
    - don't complain about stats on UAT at first...changes will be made
    - equipment is set (no customization)
    - similar to striking scorpion
    - a skill will be added in the progression tree to be "cunning" (stealthy) for non-elite classes
    - Kommando still needs additional skinning, and a proper gun

    Production Update (World Map)

    - World Map (new visuals) & Kommando added to UAT next week
    - only visuals updated for now
    - more map functionality will be added in the future
    - zoom-able
    - guild banners might show up on the world map (no promises)

    Production Update (Campaigns)

    - Ork campaign is in-game, for this month and beyond there is a campaign of campaigns (marketing campaign, in-game campaign, and special offer for that faction)
    - each faction will have their campaign, and once we go through all 4 we go on to more interesting campaigns
    - focus right now is for people to try all the factions
    - this campaign was so successful that many people complained there were too many Orks (5x as many as usual), we need to find the middle ground where you can find matches without the focused faction
    - next campaign will be Chaos, we will see how many continue to play Orks vs switching to Chaos and adjust the campaign as needed
    - chaos bundles and marketing to follow
    - new chaos items will be added

    Balance Changes

    - one round of changes in next patch to Eldar vehicles
    - we're changing the acceleration of the lateral movement (strafing). Eldar tanks currently have the same acceleration strafing as the acceleration going forward. This will be slowed down to give people time to get out of the way and not be run over
    - currently strafing one way is at maximum speed, and another way is at reverse speed (bug). This will be fixed

    Stats

    - 55% more RTC items purchased, 62% more transactions then before
    - 1 day retention rate is 51.4% (half of players come back)
    - 7 day retention rate is 36.2%
    - 1 month retention rate is 12.9%

    Q&A

    Q: Any end-game plans for max level characters (something to do when hitting xp cap).
    A: We have a system planned to reset your character for some sort of prestige (xp bonus to shorten time to get back to lvl 5/6). Possible cosmetic rewards. For end-game we also want to improve the map and add continents.

    Q: Is the servo-skull HP still being looked at? Current HP is 500 with a small hitbox, that's more then a marine and double of any other deployable.
    A: Yes. We want to normalize hit points of deployables.

    Q: Would you consider removing cloth physics so we can have access to more cloth-based customization on non-veteran classes?
    A: Not easy to remove cloth-based customization.

    Q: Anything about mods for heavy weapons or weapons that have no mods available yet?
    A: No. Has to wait until some of our staff returns from vacation. But Nathan said he might do some.

    Q: Chance of seeing the Sorcerer's offensive warp-forces extracted from the trash basket?
    A: No, but we want to make the Sorcerer a psychic type then a melee type. We will improve the spells (hopefully).

    Q: Any plans to change Waaagh! mechanic that we currently have within next 6 months?
    A: No solid plans on how to change the mechanic, but there are some bugs (Waaahg! triggering at the end of the match). We will try to improve this a bit.

    Q: What problems do you think current melee has and what options have you considered to fix them?
    A: We're fixing bugs, and fixing inconsistencies with timings and distances (lunges). Major problem with melee is it takes too long to have a melee. You have to have 3 clangs before a weapon breaks...we want to look at durability and lower it so melee matches are faster. We want to look at the melee of ranged classes so they break sooner. We want to look at length of stun timers on DBash (stuns are too long).

    Q: The themed campaign appears to be a failure, lets others stack premade teams non-stop, and the faction experiences long queue times, resulting in overall unfun experience. Will future campaigns be adjusted?
    A: The campaign was hugely successful but not largely a failure. Campaign model will be the same for future campaigns, but they will probably be shorter. The focus of these campaigns is to get a lot of people playing the faction. We can look into queuing and the time to get into matches.

    Q: Will the servers be improved to reduce warping?
    A: The number of servers isn't the issue. Our servers auto-scale, so at any time there are 2 machines at full capacity, another one spins up. We have never ran out of servers. The problem is the netcode, the interaction with the hosting environment. On the server side, it's more about the server code, which we're working on.

    Q: Plans to add other base classes to factions aside from Elites?
    A: No.

    Q: Will new functionality of world map give the ability to search for matches on specific maps?
    A: Sure. It will have that. It's a good idea.

    Q: Will you be addressing the discrepancy in the size of Painboy healing bottles vs Apothecary healing nades, and will you improve the experience of playing a Painboy?
    A: We can look at the size of the bottles, and eventually address the "lackluster" experience of playing a Painboy.

    Q: Will we be seeing the Kannon get the same treatment as the Plasma Cannon? This campaign has been very good to spot which weapons could use a bit of balance. Kannon and Ace Dakka are the first two that come to mind.
    A: Yes. We looked at the Kannon and we were surprised to find out it does 1,600 damage and has a huge blast radius. It has a falloff but the falloff is linear. We have nerfed it, put an extra bit into the falloff. You will get insta-killed on a direct hit but won't get killed in the blast radius. Enjoy the Kannon while it lasts. If the nerf isn't enough, we'll nerf it again.

    Q: Can we give the squad lead position an opt-in mechanic, instead of automatically and randomly assigning it to whoever without a proper way to pass it off to someone else?
    A: Yes, it's a nice suggestion. It would be nice to have an opt-in. A task will be made to add this.

    Q: Any plans to change any weapons or abilities the Orks currently have?
    A: No.

    Q: Is Chaos getting more Mk. 3 armor parts?
    A: Yes.

    Surprised to see the kannon does 1600 damage? Kinda alarming they are surprised by a damage value they set..

    kinda... worrying that the lead game designer isnt aware of something so simple as damage values.

    Sounds like Agniato (spelling?) all over again. Still watch them make it do as much as the PC with <1/3 the fire rate and no self defense snapshot.

    I'm wondering if the kannon will be able to down people with the aoe or if it's getting the rokkit launcha treatment and will only stun/tickle enemies with the aoe.

    Regardless of that we still have very little reason to use zapp guns over kannons.

    From that it sounds like the Orkz will get a basic class with stealth?
    Are you certain they didn't mean you would be able to unlock a non-RTS version of the Kommando?

    Wait but if you said you're gonna rebalance/touch an ork weapon your answer for that second to last question should be yes not no.

    Really hoping this doesn't mean cloaked cappers. Maybe it means reduced visibility on minimap. I hope it means that
