1) I have a few tabletop armies. IG (Cadian + DKOK) /World Eaters/Ultramarines/Orks. Have read most of the codexes and of course close to every wh40k wiki entry but no black library books sadly. Played all the video games and I always favor the Imperial Guard where i can (Death Korps of Kreig being easily my major love) 2) Imperial fists/Iron Warriors (I clearly have a thing for siege warfare) 3) Ultramarines/Tyranids is one that looks like will be happening.

1) tabletop, vidya, novels, d10 RPGs, even fluffwriting my own army... 2) oof... there are a lot I know of but the ones that are within my field of exptertise: World Eaters with Nails in their heads VS any psykers, especially their own (pre and during heresy) World Eaters + Word Bearers VS Ultramarines (to contradict): Khârn VS Erebus World Eaters VS Space Wolves World Eaters VS Emperors Children Khorne VS Slaanesh Khorne VS Tzeentch Khorne VS Blood Angels (black rage / red thrist) Khorne VS Skabrand Skulltaker + Angron VS Grey Knights I don't have a favorit, but I think it should be duly noted that World Eaters have to get into the game, especially with the Wolves on the loyalist side (remember the night of the wolf)
1. Familiar very heavily with the lore, mostly through lots and lots of novels (maybe have read some 40 novels or so now, and some codices in PDF form/browsing forums and wikis), video games. 2. Biggest rivalry probably Iron Warriors v. Imperial Fists, and Dark Angels v. Fallen. Favorite is Night Lords versus.... themselves, or anyone who interrupts their "playtime" with other clawkin. 3. I hope to see some form of Night Lord 'rivalry' or disdain for the other more openly chaotic warbands. ;P if not that, then Imperial Fists v Iron Warriors, perhaps... maybe the Blood Gorgons versus Dark Eldar!
Oh I already know which faction rivalry I'll be enjoying when I equip this new Fenris Pattern Power Axe on my Dark Angel character

1)Novels, some videogames, Lexicanum, love that deep lore 2)Loyal Astartes/Traitor, Space Wolves/Thousend Sons, Dark Angel/The Fallen, Imperium/Necron 3)Dark Angel/Space Wolves: ones in a while an community event is hostet where each subfaction DA/SW choose one among them as an Champion, there figth each other in an Honorduell. The victim can choose the weapons used next time. Fists, sword, shield and sword, bolter or so. A special prize for the subfaction and the Champion. Same could be hostet between the other rivalries in an ingame huge arena where everyone can come and whatch(no PVP for the Honorduell) The Dark Angel hunting an fallen.
