What if squad leaders had a class needed option. Something along the lines of the voice commands route but for classes. Then when someone fufills that roll they get bonus xp and req for following the squads needs. I for one would love a way to try and get orks to stop bringing kannons into cap rooms or use sluggas to try and cover tons of open ground.
Only issue would be exploitation. Th' bonus should be given fer playin' th' class fer a while, similar ta' a defense bonus but less. Er parhaps jus' a small bonus on evarythin' ya do as said class while it be needed, so ye can't jus' sit around er zog off If'n ye got it fer jus' spawnin' in as what be needed blokes could jus' redeploy inta' wot dey wanna play and get free XP, er worse constantly go back and forth wit' redeployin'
