The Blood Angels states that thier Librarius has this many personnel: Chief Librarian Mephiston 6 Epistolaries 11 Codiciers 8 Lexicanium 5 Acolytum 5 Furioso Librarian Dreadnoughts So that makes 31 troops and 5 Dreadnoughts. It varies heavily between chapters. And by default they are few compared to heretic psykers. Which are also weaker and more scalable to the game at hand. But I'm probably wrong. Just afraid of seeing an army of sorcerers(elites of CSM psykers) running at me.
I hope Psykers WILL be rare in-game. Do not want 50 Wild Warp-sorcercers running around and creating holes in the warp everywhere....
You guys do realize that for mechanics purposes they can't just limit the amount of psykers, they'll just have to balance the abilities. We all know we want to play one

Agreed, I think in regards to gender they will include different races that involve gender as opposed to sub-factions that involve multiple genders, like "The Lost and the Damned", "Sisters of Battle", "Imperial Guard"

Hahaha! That's awesome Crimson xD When mutations and gifts are confirmed for Chaos maybe transgenderification could be a gift of Slaanesh. It might even be a microtransaction mutation given the right character stats =D. This IS a mature game after all so I don't see why this would be an issue =P.
An MMO launching without any female character options (and without sexualization to be honest) is pretty much considered a faux paus in the industry these days. The idea of launching the game with no female options would typically cause a company executive to begin frothing at the mouth and experiencing seizures while babbling incoherently about profit margins. Not only that, but stupid sexy Eldar ass is pretty much a staple of 40k games now. No getting around it.
