Also, purple and pink are the best colours and look simply fabulous with golden trim. It's a much prettier paint scheme than some morbidly boring green or bland bloody copper or even an iron without any paint. All the other legions need to get some taste!
Erm not really they only do what they do to stave her off they actually fear her. They do excess to save their souls but that just empowers her which is the irony of the dark eldar(she is going to get them eventually thats the point). Some of the small(extremely small) eldar who live in the crone worlds in the eye of terror worship slaanesh and chaos. (Or are in the wider galaxy in isolated areas) This is an old chaos codex so far this line has not been contradicted heck its been slightly reinforced. Among the mortal inhabitants can still be found Eldar, some preserved since the time of the Fall, who champion the cause of Chaos on the Daemon Worlds and throughout the Galaxy. Personally I think the whole soul draining thing is like divine punishment from slaanesh I recall in a horus heresy novel the daemon said that slaanesh is acting like spurned lover towards the eldar. Hence she being open to them returning to her side. We all know most won't so we punish them by sending them to slaanesh. Lets not forget normally slaanesh gifts are things that the eldar normally excel at and they feel sensation more strongly compared to normal people hence craftworld eldar and their path system to keep them from falling to slaanesh and to prevent excess.
I think there already was a Slaneesh thread where everyone talked all things Slaneesh but it got banned after a few of the members were arrested on criminal charges for their confessions and the contents of their basements.
Wasnt in Dawn of War 1 or 2, or Space Marine, or the Ultramarines movie, only really gets any highlights in the Horus Heresy at the beginning of it all. So yes, we need more Slaanesh.
