The only jumping space marine I want to ever see is the one with a pair of jets strapped to his backpack.

I did think of something and that's my marine sprinting on a smooth surface and then suddenly not sprinting...it happens on ramps alot, like it reads the incline as something that should stop you from sprinting.

Maybe there should be a 25% chance of an animation with you totally biffing it on stairs.

Sprinting a bit and leap would be sweet. But I kinda think we should just keep showing the environment team where their maps are not functioning as intended for future fixing.

They stated in a recent twitch that eldar won't just run faster, but turn faster as well. Maybe clumpy marines are a design choice, to make eldar seem more fluid.

They better make the accessory system gdmn brilliant with potential mobility buffs for the Astartes to compensate...

Sometimes it's really not fluid at all. We're stuck in the stairs, in a wall, a door opening, in a corner. Sometimes the controls respond really slow. So that sometimes it's unplayable.

    It's a design choice ?

Obviously bugs and poor level design are not the design choice I was speaking of. Heavy, slow to turn, lumbering marines. Get ting stuck on scenery is not part of that.

I guess I'll be playing Eldars a lot more than I would have wanted to otherwise then.

It's sort of a good thing.

I know it sounds dumb but not sprinting fixed a lot of those for me. I took the habit of releasing the sprint button everytime I want to turn around and it's gotten a lot better.
  10. While I never want to see bunny hopping in EC I would like to see the ability to sprint for at least 2 or 3 seconds then being able to trigger a "leap" animation where you character can basically do an Astartes long jump. When you land the long jump you tuck and roll and come to a stop.

With the above required wind up(2 to 3 second sprint) pre leap and the roll/stop after this leap type ability wouldnt be able to be spammed.
