Finish the fleet ship, I wish to call it the Imperiums Wrath for 400 req. Give the 4th captain what he needs 25 req. I wish that the captain of the 3rd company and his men go to the close by hiveworld to open up trade with our planet to boost our own economy. Lastly the marines fighting in the 1st company should have at least some veterans by now, they have been in more action then those of the 2nd company, they're alive they must be doing something right.
1rst captain doing right? i think the 3rd captain need some love if we are aware of the ork give the 3rd captain the responsabilty to training his men ( and if possible set up appropiate defence on all the planets) also make him decide the appropiate weapon, chainsword or heavy bolter or plasma etc.... And we can go personally with the 2nd captain as escort with his men for the diplomatic mission. if we don't know about orks send 3dth in diplomatic mission + evaulate defence :you are our special snowflakes etcetc. complete the new battle barge and plan to give the new to 1rst+3rdt and the old battle barge to 2+4th and the new reserve company. (we need some special thing to do for the crew? it's automated recruitment? we need to find a navis nobilites guild? if in the future we lost a ship in the warp bettere double the protection so we can avoid) Ask our librarian to find the 1rst company ship and have a detailed battle report and update on the mission, if we cannot find our ship contact the imperial first for update. order the 4th captain to evaulate recruit for become astartes on our new reserve company under the chapter master pro tempore command. Also have destroyed a lot of demon and have been exposed to a source of corruption without taint so we can "trust" it for now, maybe a crux terminatus? a permission and resource to craft a special force weapon? i don't know i will add my vote to the best proposal. Maybe our badass librarian can resolve with some "diploacy" the rogue psyker problem "look at me look wath you can become if you follow the emperor you can save your family form the dangers and protect your friend etc etc join the pdf get sanctioned and you can save your world from the dangers of the xenos".etc etc BUT it's wounded and need some turn to return to 100% so it not a good idea for now i let you evaluate.
I am glad my asking around with the Governor helped! 1. Tell the 4th he should not recruit new ones yet as we have plenty of recruits, he should set up an intensive training program with them up to get them ready for that "waaagh" (if we know the ork is on the rise, they should be trained to face orks in particular!) 2. The 3rd Captain is our Armory Oversser dude, right? Since our battle-barge is apparently out of ammo he should get a supplying plan with the mechanicus up to make sure we got enough ammo in future 3. The 2nd Captain shall go to the hive world to setup a trading agreement between the hive world and our homeworld since he is a chaos veteran (kinda) he is our special dude for chaos. So while he is running around there making sure we get that trading agreement he also check indirectly for Chaos taints over there, making sure everything is in order! 4. The Mechanicus get's all the awesome resources he needs, he is a damn genius! The ship shall be called "Imperiums Wrath" as suggested by BatBane 5. Ask the mechanicus what is needed to figure out if there are any good resources and how many on the moons we got. 6. Compliment the Librarian for his achievement and that we look into his students that they are as skilled as him + make him chief librarian (ALSO! ask what the tomes were about he found) 7. Before the 2nd Captain goes, give him one of the fancy untainted swords, that way he feels even more special and will slay more chaos for us.
This was a cool turn but that 2k req cost for a scanner is a really high, can't see building it any time sooner without some kind of a boost in our req gain. I vote for: - giving 400 req for a new battle-barge - I'm not really sure why we need it, since we don't have that much battle brothers to man it, but if the new ship comes supplied with weapons and ammo, then a little bit of firepower is not a bad thing. And concerning names, I vote for naming it "Doombringer" (mean mother f*****) . Our old barge should be kept safe orbiting our homeworld, in case some threat arrives. - 25 req to the 4th captain to train new scouts. I want that we (chapter master) oversee training of these new recruits along side with the 4th captain. I am against forming new reserve company since we are going to need new men to replace the ones lost in our 1st company. We ofc don't know any of it just yet., therefor I also vote for sending a message to Imperial Fists for updating us on the status of their campaign and our men (are they worthy, skilled etc - pretty much are they good for anything). -Send 3rd company on a mission to establish a connection with the hive world mentioned above, and to check if its possible for us to create a trading route. However, order 3rd captain that he should evaluate people from that world, with whom we are dealing with, to check if he thinks anything is out of the ordinary (maybe they are heretics, xeno-lovers etc), and I want to keep us posted. As for our Librarian, I understand that he will get Chief Librarian title when he finishes training his pupils - its not really normal for him to be a Chief Librarian with no other Librarians to order around. If this is not already intended to happen (by our GM), then I vote to give him that title when his students finish training. And as poster said previously, I sincerely hope that men of the 1st company will get some experience out of all that fighting and dieing

I vote Doombringer for the name. We assign 1st and 3rd company to the old Battle Barge, and 2nd and 4th to the new one, as Grig suggested. Give the 4th Captain what he needs to recruit new scouts. Give what Kelios needs to expand the manufactorum. I suggest we blow up the fucking Chaos ship before the dice turn on us. Why that shit is still there is beyond me. I think we should establish some sort of trade relations with the Hive World. Also stepping out of the game for a second, is there anything in the ruleset for establishing a safer and better conversion process for recruits?
