I basically wish every open world game had the same true sandbox, make your own way, eat-or-be-eaten world of EVE online. Not a fan of the game system hand-holding and telling 50 random guys that no, THEY are the special ones, for a week or so.
they mentioned using some combination of democracy and lottery a while back. Its so far away i hope they just forget to implement the whole system

Gentlemen, gentlemen, let us settle this like astartes. The first ten to take the scalps of one hundred dead astartes (loyalists, I don't want to see us murdering half or aligned warbands before the fighting even startes) and brings them before this thread earns their place on the council.
Because their seems to be little seriousness so far i would like to pitch my self for the council as a strategist seeing as that is my specialty.
I submit myself as management consultant to the council, I am a member of HoD, and a data/organisations geek. Practically I am wondering how will people in this system be background checked, etc. to ensure secrecy from other factions, we need security/intelligence division as a support to the WC !
