Ah, I wasn't clear, my apologies. I will hold up one of the earlier World of Warcraft events. In January 2005, Blizzard made an event called "The Opening of the Gates of Ahn'Qiraj". Once the gates opened and for 10 hours afterwards, there was a quest that was uniquely avaliable and granted a legendary mount and the title "Scarab Lord". Once the 10 hours had elapsed, neither the mount nor the title could be earned in any fashion, and only one to three people per server managed it. Something like that is what I mean, where the titles are available for a limited time frame (even if that time frame is one "campaign" or season or whatever it's gonna be called) and then cannot be earned again. So even new players will get a chance at a title, maybe just not immediately.
Khorne titles. 1) the unworthy 2)Bloodborne 3) Berzerker 4) the deranged 5) Headhunter 6) the psychotic 7) Khornes favored 8)Skull taker Nurgle titles. 1) Nerglet 2) the defiled 3) plagueborne 4) plague bearer 5) Herald of nergal 6) Disease ridden 7) Nergals son 8) The bloated Tzeentch titles. 1) Book worm 2) the changed 3) Changeborne 4) the knowledgeable 5) Scheme master 6) Lord of Turmoil 7) Changer of fate 8) Lord of magic Slaanesh titles. 1) pleasure slave 2) Lustborne 3) Lord of pleasure 4) Sound Lord 5) the pink 6) Drug Driven 7) Slaaneshes Toy 8) the Deflowerer
Yeah, but Nurgle cares about everyone. "A friend to all is a friend to none" if you see what I mean. I'm also fairly certain he only cares cause cultists are like living test-tubes for plague and disease.
Id suggest the Liber Nurgle as a nice read if you really want to see how he actually cares. Its a twisted horrifying love to the ones outside the circle, but actual care for his followers if you read the book. Heck Great Unclean Ones are the only Greater Deamons who seek vengeance on those who hurt their kin and glorify each deed of their followers. And well, the Beasts of Nurgle have the mentality and demeanor of playful puppies. Sadly the only ones who can play with them are the Nurgleites themselves, and all non-Nurgleite encounters end up in a sad Beast as hes trying to wake up his dead lil playmate (i cry evrytim).
Okay, so Nurglite Cultists are cared about, gotcha. So stop showering or learn useful talents, cause otherwise you're a bullet sponge.
But, thats our forte. Why would we deny it? Sure ill be the bullet sponge, it makes no difference to my form, while the other brothers in Chaos advance on the distracted foe. Heck if you look at other examples, even Abbadon starts battles by sending in the Nurgleites (his Bringers of Decay) in first. To sow sickness, woe and death so the other Chaos kin can have an easier time taking the front. Its what we do and it is what we shall continue to do, push the line and infest all we can. But i trail off, the threads about titles. So contribute, ya git!
And for answering my repeated questions and whatnot, I heed your call Here a few titles that I wouldn't mind seeing, and the specialized conditions to have them granted. "Butcher of Hope": First to kill a Space Marine who is on the War Council. This condition is reset at the start of each campaign session. "Doom of the Swarm": Be one of the first 5 to kill a Tyranid Hive Tyrant. This condition is reset at the start of each campaign session. "Chaosbane": Be one of the first three to kill a Chaos Space Marine Sorcerer (if Sorcerer is the title of the psychic CSM Hero class). This condition is reset at the start of each campaign session. "Big guns never Tire": Be one of the first 3 to call in an orbital bombardment that kills at least 20 enemy players. This condition yadda yadda yadda. "Bastion Breaker": First to destroy every element of an enemy starting base (gun batteries, walls, supply depots, ect.). This condition is reset at the start of each campaign session.
