Shots not registering? I've had moments where I've run up to Devs and shoot them in then face a dozen times and nothing, then they look at me and blow me away instantly.

As for the shooting through walls thing, a few times when I play I've popped my head up out of cover, gone back into cover, then got melted by a lascannon. I think it's just a lag thing. But what isn't a lag thing these days.

You forgot to add a lot of key information with such strong claims.

1. What map was it
2. Which point/objective on that map was it
3. Where was this cover on the objective in question you were at and crouching behind
4. Where was the accused shooting from (as the camera points you to them when you get downed/die)
5. What weapon did it say killed you

This is all a bare minimum for "decoding" the situation

Uh I'd like to try and talk about this but its rather hard with the ludicrous grammar though I can understand your emotions. There are issues right now with hackers using things like aimbot arising since we went F2P which may be the cause of some of your complaints. A few may be caused by latency and glitches. But I request that you try to provide some evidence for your claims. Just a few screenshots (and a video if you can) would be sufficient enough for us to be able to understand what you are experiencing.

1. Sitting? So were you crouched behind cover? Because if so there's plenty of low cover that you can still be hit from, or it could be lag.
2. This is way too obscure, I have no idea where you mean and nobody else does. I mean, maybe? Where is this spot, what map, how do we know it isn't their deployment zone? This is not enough info for an accusation.
3. Details needed, like the video mentioned someone could have capped right under your nose. Hell I've done it plenty of times, just ran in while everyone's distracted and started a cap. Sometimes in a huge firefight with lots of people who should have stopped me.
4. I struggle to understand what you're trying to say here.
5. I mean, maybe, an aimbot is possible I suppose, but also were you at full health, how many hits was it, need more details. One big flaw here is, how would you know it's a headshot? Also, if you were low health already a hit is very possible. Secondly, lag again. He could have unloaded on you and you only saw the very end. Even if this claim is true it does not necessarily indicate cheating.
6. I guess maybe, once again need substantiation.

I'm not sure if you're trolling, but a lot of this sounds like you might be salty about being outplayed and mistake lag for cheating. Secondly you're indicting an entire faction as cheaters when even if you ran into cheaters, I would presume it's like 1 guy. Personally I have yet to run into someone I suspect is cheating in a real capacity, which is why I doubt you ran into a large amount of cheaters, and also because this game is server hosted and harder to use cheats in, so there'd be less.

The cynical and suspicious part of me suspects you saw Nathan's post that there was some cheating going on and used that to salt post with false accusations(0r mistaken) to depredate Chaos as a whole. If not the proper procedure as has been explained is to send a report with names, times, and locations to the devs. And if you're going to talk shit like this back it up with something more concrete rather than vague and hard to understand accusations that offer nothing remotely concrete. Until then you can stuff your shaming.

A lot of textures has gone mad it seems, you can clip through them sometimes and this way it's possible to shoot through. Not to mention that most of the covers are lover then crouched person and you are still visible behind them

Cover is one of those wonky things, it either protects you or does jack shit.

Eldar reapers are bad for glitching through cover to shoot. Sure all factions probably do it just notice it more on Eldar before the EDF get all bent out of shape.
