Would be odd to see Angron considering neither the WE nor god dedication will hit us anytime soon.
As of Perturabo, i think he still trying to wrap his head around the fact that he could have probably said "no" when Princedom offers came, just like Abaddon did already.

But yeah if anyone of them shows it will be Lorgar or Perturabo.

I wouldnt say he looks like dogshit, I think he looks pretty badass actually (Machine/Daemon mix), but his mortal primarch form was better overall
