I'm looking forward to making my Chaos Space Marine look like a terrifying badass. What customization options in particular do you want to see? Other than the obvious things like spikes, skulls, horns, and so on, I'd like to see: Flayed skin draped over armour Gaping maws over muzzles Unholy inscriptions/scrolls on armour Robes, capes & loin cloths NEW Raptor armour Trophy racks Demonic faces sprouting from surfaces
definetly chain bandoliers chains the skin of faces hanging on armour different types of mutation (gifts of the gods) and actually utilities like grenades and such
New Raptor Armor? Are you high? That stuff is some of the worst things about the sixth edition and greatly hated for good reason. The only thing it looks good on is Warp Talons. It looks atrocious for Raptors and completely forgets the entire point that they serve. Plus it just looks downright lazy, considering a great deal of it is just standard CSM armor with jump packs glued on.
Agreed! But what I want is robes. Flowing robes of pristine white, as pure as a new born babies soul. I want this just so I can drench them in blood as I slay my enemies with my force sword.
^ Agree with a familiar although wouldn't want some runt thing following me around, I'd like an actual demon (not full sized of course) but one that would be like waste maybe chest high and basically be like a mini bloodletter OR an actual Chaos Hound like from Fantasy with spikes and claws coming out of like every empty spot lol. Also some other wargear definitely some Trophy Racks which would be great and maybe being able to loot heads and switching them out on the Racks :O!!! I know they probably wouldn't do that but I can dream .
I agree with you here. I want all armors to look warped by, well, the warp. No smooth or sparkly clean surfaces. Chaos is horror and filth at its finest. Well, except special units such as Rubric Marines whose armour heals itself and is untouchable by the change of the warp. Also their entire legion always seemed a clean bunch. Moving or sentient armor would be a great addition that i haven't seen done before with 40k. Simple such as the exhaust pipes from the power packs being the shape of daemon claws that will curl up every now and then. Or a shoulder pad that will occasionally shift colors and texture. so: Visibly sentient armor Unhelmed marines with sadistic features and of course deathly pale looking scripture covered armor All armor show touch of the warp, non are flawless and shiny unless for lore reason (rubric marines)
Beyond the usual Chaos options I wouldn't mind some options which looked a little more "regal". The Legions all turned for different reasons and it would be nice to see some options that reflected that beyond the usual angry chaos look. It's something that doesn't quite fit groups such as the Thousand Sons, Alpha Legion and I suppose to a lesser extent the Iron Warriors.
