The guy who made that has quite a number of such videos , I personnally enjoy them a lot , he use nicely the voices and music of Dawn of war !
Not a huge Eldar fan (I know I shouldn't say that here O.O) but I do love the laughing god and that he saw what was happening to the eldar and made a mockery of it which was how he survived the fall, reminds me of The comedian in Watchman in a way.
Ah yes, ImperatorDominatus's work is always wonderful to listen to. Especially the piece you just posted.
