For the record - I am surprised of how long it took an appropriate moment to appear for the Ocarina to be used, considering she had it all this time. But I am glad it seemed to have been a quite perfect moment - especially considering if Astarielle (@Avenging-Angel ) would have said no, it would have not happened XD And yay for character development and realistic feelings, @Wata ! It's awesome to see of how well you connect with Alo, makes me wanna huggle that poor Winterheart to see him like this (while I wanted to slap him for his earlier behaviour :3)
Why thank you so much! Your ocarina post was a good one. <3 I put a part of myself in him. (I'm not an asshole don't worry. I am quite happy and I don't have any enemies.) I have some good stuff planned for him too. Well it depends where our overlord @Jorimel takes us as to what I can do, I don't want to start derailing stuff.
Only Necrons have Overlords, we got Farseers and Autarchs! :3 But yeah I put an essence of me also in every char - even the female ones. If anyone can testify then that would be @Casavay . I assume your essence in Alo is more the search for getting over a past event and/or finding his 'true self' - just guessing here. As for Yareli from my side, well the Ocarina is a big part. I only ever learned how to play 1 song but now that I am an expectant father I might learn some more, lol. But also that wanting to break away from home / things that bind you down, to let go of responsibilities at least for a short while. I express what I cannot have through her which is why I made it as massive of a bond as being a Higher born of Mymeara, considering her father sits in the Seer Council - which I am thankful that Jori allowed. Then again it's not like I really use it or such, it's just background info more than anything else :3 Not to forget I also have issues with my dad so I express them here and there a bit, too. And personally having played in Jori's RPs I suggest: Always go with the flow, you never know how much greater the experience will be if you go with it, versus trying to push your own will!
Or do what I do and have your character fall asleep cause you know you will be busy lol. Keeping up so far and it is excellent!
