The Greater Good preaches self sacrifice as the greatest honor, not the sacrifice of everyone around one :3
Damn boi....have we been in the same RP all this time? No. Our plans have been revealed! #BurnEverythingMeme Is this to be a critique on my Warlock`s actions as Yareli or as Uriel? Because I cant tell anymore. If it is, I`d be happy to remedy your ignorance. >:|
How about as friendly banter? Why can you never relax, @High_Adept_Zeth ? Like come on bro, it gets tiring to be on edge with you all the time 'remedy your ignorance' like seriously? daheck man.
Yes.I am a Techpriest...that's what I do. As well as export ignorance, considering that the Cult is a major benefactor of the said within the 40K setting. Fine, fine! We`ll indulge, if only to let your deviant, mind at ease. Ugh....how can I start to remedy this, without having to elaborately put the entirety of Morvan`s character here for your perusal.A character that should be well known by you now, just as I know every char. here. Fine...lets try like this: In a society (like that of the Aspect Warriors) self-sacrifice is the norm lesson of the day.As such, it is to be expected, without further preaching and reminding. Thus ultimately, as @kanila already winked toward at - Greater Good. If Morvan is willing to sacrifice peeps (and himself) for the good of the race (a bunch of peeps that are ready to lay their lives for the race), then he is not being 'devious warlock that may or may not sacrifice everyone just to get a sword' or ' throwing valuable Eldar lives for lolz'. He is being a leader. If Yareli fails to grasps that, then that is her problem and a lack of knowledge of being a proper Aspect Warrior. But if you fail to grasp this, then it is your fault for not paying attention to the RP, Uriel. Thus I asked:
Oh look I am being spoon fed, how thankful I am for being treated almost like a child. Just because you just need to be 110% serious all the time, eh? Look, I was merely insinuating the prior scene of where Morvan on the Arcadia insinuated that sacrifice of other people is okay and necessary, that's all. Sometimes things are simple like that and don't require your 'Advanced Cognitive Analysis' or whatever you wanna describe it as with your constant Mechanicus bickering of being superior. It was a joke-bickering thingie, which is why even used two smiley faces. But I see you only read words and don't see emotional attachment unto smileys (which were by the way invented in order to convey emotion along with the words because it's so hard to tell on the internet). That all said: Yareli is fighting there with the same risk as everyone else and with the expectations of not being rescued but to fight for her own. If you cannot see yourself that she is sick and tired of being a figure in the rear whenever battle arises (i.e. having to stay on Mymeara when literally 90% of her family goes to war against the Imperium #BetalisCampaign ), then you are perhaps too focused on Morvan. As for myself - I see the merit and personality of each char and their personal value, such as Astarielle's concern that Yareli might be more of a hindrance than actually a help in the combat. That includes Morvan's thinking. Myself? I agree with Morvan's absolute thinking and that any sacrifice is worth as long as the blade is being retrieved. So that's that. And I am done here for now, cuz it's not even fun to discuss things like this.
@matt23 -looks at keyboard and realizes distance between D and F- I know it's an honest mistake. But damn. Fire Avenger sounds like a Fire Dragon mixed with a Dire Avenger. Like Dire avenger with fusion pistol or such. That sounds pretty awesome to me
More than likely it was auto-correct on my phone. There are a lot of things it feels the need to change for me lol
Yeah, I get that. I disabled my own autocorrect. Which can cause it's own issues. Still wanna see a Fire Avenger. -proceeds to mix names for fun-
... just got back to the thread and half of it is on fire and some of you or fewer may not be friends any more ... gah ... Is everyone still friends?
