I can log into the website just fine with my ID and password. I cannot log into the game at all. I reset the password, website works fine, game wont let me in with the same credentials. What am I doing wrong?
Make sure your using the login for your account and not a username or character name. My login ID is not the same as my forum account name or character name. If it is the correct info then contact support like silfarion suggested.
