Dear, As I would like to order a founders pack, I tried to checkout. I fill in all the requested fields for adding a new address, but I can't save it. The only functional button after filling all the fields is the X in upper right corner. Can't scroll down any further. If i leave this screen, no address is not saved and I can't proceed to checkout. Please help as I would like to add more heresy to this game! Many thanks!
I found this issue too. I fixed it by filling in the region tab. I know it says it is not required, but it appears unless it's filled it won't let you save. Hope this helps
I had this exact same problem, and I somehow got it to work, here's exactly what I did: In chrome, I filled in my address leaving only the Company and Phone number fields blank. It would NOT save. With chrome still open and the fields still filled in, I opened internet explorer. In IE, I logged into my account and tried to check out. I filled in same fields for the address and tried to save, it would not save. I closed the new address and tried to select an address from the drop down in IE. After clicking repeatedly and no drop down coming up, I was kicked back to the main page some how. I went back to the store, went to check out, filled out my address again (this time including a Company and Phone number) and tried to save. It would not save. I closed the window again and tried the drop down, no luck. I went back to Chrome, and told it to save my address. The address successfully saved and was selected automatically.
Region tab? It's not working for me and I don't even have a region tab. Do you mean the state/province dropdown? That dropdown is blank for me after selecting my country (as we don't have states/provinces). It's bad enough that the city field is mandatory when my country is a small island with no cities on it or anywhere near it (I just entered "none" as my city... maybe it doesn't like that). I just wish it actually gave feedback on which field it wasn't happy with.
