But: can we quit Arkhona?

For new planet? For the moon(s) of Arkhona? To a Space Hulks?

I think moon battles would be pretty cool, everything else be a no go IMO

Neither of them actually.

Post-launch, all things are possible with Dev-Jesus. However, for now:

No, another planet would be a HUGE amount of work and if they implemented it with any real thought put into it it'd push back the development by at LEAST half a year.
The moons aren't a terrible idea, but they'd better be tactically valuable. This option actually opens up a wide variety of options like messing with gravity and other such things. So again, requires even more thought, maybe post-launch if we kick and scream for it.
The Space Hulk MAYBE I would say yes to. Some people have already postulated it being sort of a higher-end PvE area for fighting big-boy nids like genestealers who might not show up otherwise. Definitely not confirmed, just a thought by the community that I could see happening because it doesn't need 2 months extra planning.
