I paid for the Pioneer Pack 16 months ago and the items are still missing from the game. Missing: ORK HELMET BACKPACK CAGE WITH A SQUIG PET PIONEER-ONLY CLOSE COMBAT WEAPON I am not too keen on IOUs left in the money tray. It is not like we have waited less than a year (do you all know how stupid that sounds?).
Maybe they didn't sell enough packs to give a fuck but I too would like to hear something. Game is launched now and not only have I not received what I paid for it feels like every request for some information on the subject is ignored. Would it hurt to show a little respect to the people that bought into your game and at least give us an update on what is going on with regards to our items @NoahWard
The real kick in the teeth tbh is the people who bought the Pioneer Pack which BHVR marketed as a way for F2P players to support the game and get a little extra boost when the game came out. They directly marketed and advertised the Pioneer Pack as an upgrade for F2P players and sold it based on those promises...then pulled out F2P of course.
Exactly my point. I understand when you put money towards a developing game, things will change, but the least they could do is provide the promised items at an absolute minimum. Instead of taking the money like it was charity. I had already bought the backer warrior set, but grabbed the Pioneer for the items. To see the game release, business model change, and now nothing to show for it or even a mention of it on their stream; outside of saying "items". Is annoying and infuriating. Please respect those who helped pay the bills and make the release even possible.
I don't own a Pioneer Pack, I bought the game on Steam when it was Early Access but I support the thread. I am even shocked to learn people who founded this game 1-2 years ago still didn't get their stuff. Behaviour needs to act responsbile and give people what they promised.
No you're not alone. Me too, i spend very lot of money in this game... But the money was diverted to fund the game in it's current stat and not for more cool things to the Founders ... That's the big pbs of the game, and it's not a kickstarter... I have this pack too.
I bought the pioneer pack and the xeno pack two years ago. So far the only special items I received I can't even use because they are lower quality than the items any one can buy. My cool looking golden power globe costs 100 more points to use than the basic power glove and has the same stats! So far all that we are told is that these items are still being developed but I'm guessing that they are more conserned with developing the features that will promote more sales for the consoles for Xmas. I guess we will just have to wait and see.... I also would love to know what happened to the cool unique banners use xeno pack buyers where supposed to get.
