Campaigns promoting Elitism

Everyone is complaining about how they keep losing games to whatever faction that has the campaign, I think I have found the reason. lets say your some random casual player who just wants to get into a game quick and you don't care about campaign xyz that is going on. So you log on to your desired race that happens to have a campaign for them going, you quickly find that match finding times range from 5 to 20 minutes. you don't have time to wait that long because your a casual and only have so much time to play. So what do you do? you either leave and play another game or play your secondary character.

But wait lets see stuff from a elite players perspective. They don't really care about the 10~ minute wait times so they just wait it out before they get into a game with a bunch of other elite players on their team. Who also don't care about the wait times because they already have 600+ hours as a space marine anyways whats 10 minutes more? they want to get their 10 wins for that nice looking shoulder piece that just came out.

Meanwhile the casual who just logged on with a character without a campaign finds a game instantly, but it is all against clan member and or elite players.
What happens? what current games look like:

Above game was a easy win for LSM due to communication and teamplay.

Or maybe LSM is winning more now because LSM players actually have a reason to try to win. I get the feeling that most of the time majority of players don't actually care if they win or lose a match.

na, its just heavy gamers and try hards vs half a team of causals like the OP says (most of the time). Also ends up being really one-sided player number wise the first half of the game to the faction running the champaign. quick wins I guess, but EC will lose tons of new players who don't just want to keep joining lopsided games and losing.

IMO joining the campaign side and stomping ppl in quick games is pretty boring.
But hey, new shoulder pad right? =\

I don't think they'll be losing new players so much because of losing games.

After all, most new players join LSM. If anything the queue times are what will do them in.

Well, first of all, I don't think you quite understand what 'elitism' means. Second of all, that isn't a clan stack... it's FOUR people, hardly a game 'against all clan members'. By your definition of a stack, your side had two clan 'stacks' of three, from UM and IDI, and a clan 'stack' of two, from C, so don't you think it was the Eldar that was on the short end of the stick for this one?
