It could be because I am used to how quickly you burst a banshee down... Maybe its time to also look into a tad bit more survival for them as they mainly are going to be melee in your face. And currently they can get downed in 1 to 2 headshots instantly after a rollex.

I mean that's just because eldar in general are squishy, and I think everyone knows they should be kinda buffed. Burstfiring is sad but necessary also to stop the melee bs.
Popoolo should still have one but it was basic stuff like Popoolo spamming flickering fire at a low HP JPA until he had 0 mana, then started executing and the JPA died because of the fire ailment. Popoolo was then enraged at an "animation cancel hack". I got jbregg to tell him that that is just the JPA dying in the downed state due to fire ailment, but I guess Popoolo suffers from Amnesia.
dont worry its just you insisting to still play banshee, the worst melee class in the game right now. the scorpion is way more flexible and durable atm. I wish they would give banshee more runspeed or something JPAs on the other hand are amazing to get cheap kills with the way ranged classes cant do anything right now to defend cause their knife will break automatically and dbash is useless cause the time window does not let u do damage consistently and shieldbro is obvious good too. rollex is the only tool that lets u fight melee at all right now. Until dbash is not fixed and the bug (which is here for more than 1 year) that u lose durabilty when u win RPS I would not change anything at all.

also noone has been banned for using aimbot yet, and it will stay that way. The devs banning for aimbot is just a wishful dream of those who are themselves too bad to do it. Aimbot is skill. You need to know how to use it. Btw, everyone can use it, so, it's not the problem. Right?
I mean rollex is still merely a tool, useless when the wrong people use it. It just makes the performance of people who know how to play the game better. So for you it probably wouldn't do anything.
Yes, i was a real noob like 4 days of the game and faced exploits and things I did not now, or could do. So every statement you make me more right. New players need to now this "exploits" expert game mechanics, learn them in the Garrison no?
